  I came at the end of the day and the crew seemed to be in a hurry. I had to remind them that I needed another sticker and then they forgot to give me a receipt for my services.

  After my arrival no one checked my blinkers, brake lights or windshield wipers. Before leaving I had to ask for my tires to be checked and filled. The sticker that was printed, there was an milage error and it only gave me a thousand miles so my next oil change. It was not corrected in the system or reprinted. All in all, i won't revisit the Olivette location.

  I am marking "overpriced" on the price you paid section, but that is not at all a reflection of my star ranking. Valvoline gets a solid 5 stars from my household because of how fast, not pushy, and extremely friendly the technicians always are when we get an oil change. The location we use in Creve Coeur MO. has our business every time. They are awesome and know what they're doing. I hate driving in Creve Coeur and often avoid it due to all of the horrible drivers (someone almost always hits me when I venture onto Olive Blvd.), but I make the effort to come to this location because the techs here kick ass. I even have a Valvoline across the street from me that I can see from my house, and I still prefer the 11333 Olive Blvd location. No shade to the one near me, 11333 is just awesome. Again, if there is anything bad I can say, it's just Valvolines prices in general, but at least the coupons are pretty good. I hope the execs pay their techs well, because they 100% deserve it.

  Lied to me about filling my tires. They told me they did it but they didn’t. I had to come back today - I day later- and The manager with the ponytail is disrespectful and had me move out of my spot in line for a scary customer that got out of his car and was yelling at me for pulling into line before him.i was being “attacked” by 2 old grumpy mean men! Ridiculous when there are 2 lines and I was a customer in one. My treatment today was unacceptable and this is not the valvoline service I’m used to. The manager said he would not service me if I didn’t pull onto the busy street and move my car. I never said one cuss word or anything either. Just wow

  The Valvoline Oil Change facility on Olive Street Road in Creve Coeur was great, I was able to stay in my car while the oil change was completed took a total of about 10 minutes, they checked tire pressure lights and fluid levels. I will definitely be coming back to this Valvoline location in the future.
