  Sat in line for a hour got stuck behind a car they had trouble getting started on the oil change with. Instead of pulling me to the other lane 2 other cars that arrived after I did was allowed to still move forward. Once in Burt who I guess was supposed to be the shift manager was showing difference in service between me and the other customer he was helping. He was giving the other customer full services details that’s normally done to all customers that I have always witnessed. While I got nothing but a quick word of which oil I take. Once oil change was completed the gentlemen that was on my bay stated cash out as Burt was coming by him. Burt completely ignored him went to the other customer who again came 2 cars after me to check for him oil change complete and prepare for his tire rotation. It took for another worker to step in to try to check me out for Burt to finally come over and cash me out. Then icing on the cake Vavoline have always replaced the sticker themselves. Burt placed the sticker in my hand to change myself.

  Excellent service. They were very conscientious about making sure the earliest in line got in next if they finished earlier than anticipated in the adjacent line. They were fair and efficient. I appreciated their attention to detail. Oil change performed.

  It was fast & easy. When I called on phone, I thought I reached the Creve Coeur location and i asked prices with oil sur charge. They said $4.99. When I got there the price was so an extra $ 7 . They charged per quart. I did use 15% off coupon. One of the girls working there debated with me telling me my BATTERY was not under the hood but in my trunk. It’s a 2010 Chrysler Sebring Convertible. I thought she was insane. I’ve had my battery replaced. I told her my top goes in trunk. Someone should educate her about batteries in a CAR.

  genuinely the worst customer service i’ve ever seen. today was my third and last time going here. in the past we’ve had the same gentleman work on my car, and every single time he’s talked to me like i was an inconvenience to his day, or getting offended i was ignorant to car terminology and asking questions. i’ve been struggling with money, and this morning when i asked for conventional or synthetic i was shamed for not being able to afford the $40 difference. i know me choosing a new location for oil changes won’t mean much, but i hope a review does lol

  Staff was super friendly and quick. Answered questions willingly and didn't pressure me into anything other than what I asked for. Used a Groupon so not sure how the cost compared.
