  Called for weeks to get appointment. No response. Finally I bring my car in at 7am. They say they don’t have any loaner cars so I can get to work (which is why I tried to make appointment) They Ubered me to work & assured me they’d pick me up. Scheduled 1:30 pickup because I only had 30min for lunch. No one came or even had the courtesy to call. I ended up having to call Lyft & being super late for work. To this day no one has called or followed up. Totally unacceptable & irresponsible!!!!!

  Called for a service appointment expecting scheduling 1 week out at best but received a same day appointment within 2.5 hours. Everyone was courteous and attentive and the service was efficient. All service issues were fully resolved and explained.

  Fantastic service writer (Curtis Felix). I'm sure the service got done correctly but without Curtis my experience would have only been average.

  My engine light came on while in town and Plaza not only got me in right away but fixed the issue. Great service from Devin (service advisor). The video I received seemed like it was a mistake video and didn't show anything having to do with the diagnosis and/or repair, so that was odd, but all else was handled professionally and quickly.
