  Nice people but I don’t appreciate being told different pricing for a service. First I was told $375 for a 4 wheel alignment during an inspection of my car and when I came back to get it fixed and it was $250. As a woman, it makes me feel like you’re up charging me because I don't Know much about cars. Also I don't Appreciate the half job car wash that’s always done here. Vacuuming out the front and not the back seat car floors is kinda meh. I could do a better job myself.

  The finance guy lied to my have when I said I wanted to finance through first community. He said they didn't offer financing for people that live in Franklin county, mo. First community does in fact offer auto loans for Franklin county residents and he refused. He just wanted to get his kick back from Wells Fargo rather than making his customer happy.

  Horrible communication! The 4.7 star rating has to be AI generated to lure people in! I was Transferred multiple times just to check the status of my vehicle. I called last Friday 7/17 , Monday 7/20 and Tuesday 7/21 and was told all three times my vehicle would be ready later today, three business days ago! No one ever called to give an update; and still today 7/22 , DO NOT have my vehicle. Never would’ve have thought getting a vehicle serviced here would be this frustrating. UNREAL
