  This was the best and fastest dealership deal I've ever had. They took care of me and fixed a huge mix up issue with my car being at another building. The entire staff went to bat for me to find my car and was super cool! Shout out Liliana and also Devin in finance

  Hands down one of the best experiences with a dealership. Liliana was amazing to work with on buying my car. She was responsive and handled everything in a timely manner. Even had Robert and Cortney meet us to bring us our vehicle. This dealership went above and beyond! I would highly recommend working with Liliana and I would buy from this dealer again.

  Definitely never buying parts from here again absolutely awfully rude parts guy on the phone. That said an AMG front bumper had a ““ spoiler on it, but didn’t know the term splitter, which is what the front AMG bumper looks like it has on there, then proceeded to argue with me and said how he’s been impar for years and I’ve never heard of the term splitter. Well, good for him. I’m glad you’re right. It may have not been called a splitter but now you just lost your company money and another customer that used to buy thousands of dollars of parts. If you’re looking for a good service, definitely recommend going to Mercedes Benz of St. Louis way better attitudes, prices , and customer service!

  Nice people but I don’t appreciate being told different pricing for a service. First I was told $375 for a 4 wheel alignment during an inspection of my car and when I came back to get it fixed and it was $250. As a woman, it makes me feel like you’re up charging me because I don't Know much about cars. Also I don't Appreciate the half job car wash that’s always done here. Vacuuming out the front and not the back seat car floors is kinda meh. I could do a better job myself.

  The finance guy lied to my have when I said I wanted to finance through first community. He said they didn't offer financing for people that live in Franklin county, mo. First community does in fact offer auto loans for Franklin county residents and he refused. He just wanted to get his kick back from Wells Fargo rather than making his customer happy.
