  Oil change in one hour was great. They added a $5 oil price surcharge to my bill which I feel is not warranted. Especially when they charge almost $15 per extra quart of oil.

  Online appointments vs reality: I made an online appointment with this location for a tire repair for the next day: chose time of day, drop off or wait-for-it. Was relieved to see the availability of appointments. Arrived to be told that the online system just puts people in a waiting list beyond what the shop actually has capacity for, and that my car would likely be repaired two days after my appointment, when they can get to it. The online 'appointment' system is a sham, and I'm sure the poor desk clerk is exhausted with dealing with dismayed customers. But he didn't offer any sympathy, no options, no solutions. I asked if he could call a nearby shop to see if they could do my repair today, and he replied that he could give me the number. He couldn't be bothered to call another location. That was frustrating.

  Do not use the online appointment interface! It allows multiple reservations for the same time (up to 50 for the same time) I got up early for my 8:30 inspection reservation and they told me it my take all day since they are “all booked up” The on line user interface is total crap! Call the location or walk in and talk to a human. Dobbs apparently doesn’t care enough about their customers to invest in some real IT infrastructure

  I gotta tell you…. The guys at Creve Coeur… Oh my….. The things that they do…. The way they present themselves… I can’t believe you let them treat customers the way they do. I am a retailer. I am now 65 years old and I’ve been selling since I was 10. When I walk into that store and I see those guys and the way they treat me it’s unbelievable! I just wish they knew how to take care of a customer! The only thing they’re missing is buying lunch! I just wish with the $3000 I’ve spent with you all in the last month or so lunch would’ve been provided, pizza or at least a cold drink!

  Dobbs (Creve Coeur location) Jeff (assistant manager) Don (service manager) Technician (hard worker) Even though their appointments were tight, Jeff accommodated me. As my car was being checked out by their technician, I told Jeff I was grateful that he got me in to have my car repaired. Jeff said "considering my car situation, it was much needed." Don was excellent in his explaining what repair my car needed. As I waited in their lobby, Don expressed how patient I was. He apologized for my "waiting." Don kept me posted on the updates on my car. I feel that Jeff & Don are very "people friendly" & "customer service driven." These days, it appears that good customer service is becoming rare. Jeff & Don & Technician (Daniel) are men of "excellence," & Dobbs is very blessed to have such fine employees.🙂 The technician (Daniel) that repaired my car, did an "excellent" job. At the end of his working on my car, he took my car for a test run, in making sure he fixed it correctly 👍 My name is "Josie."
