  In the 7 years of owning my car, I have had nothing but issues with the service here. The last was for an appointment I had scheduled for today. I made an appointment for brake replacement and told them that I would be waiting at the dealership (I live 45 minutes away). He stated to make the appointment early to make sure it was no problem. I get the email reminder and it states that I would be dropping the vehicle off. I called and had to leave a message. 3 hours later no return call. I called back to make sure that I would be waiting and was told that I could not change it. However, they had no problem emailing me and texting me offering to do a no obligation trade in value for my car. I will be trading it in but not here and definitely not for a BMW.

  Riley is always so helpful the team at Plaza always make sure I have what I need and always tries to make it as convenient as possible for me

  I haven’t had my vehicle serviced here, however, they helped me when I was in a bind! I needed a specific bolt for my car. I couldn’t find this bolt anywhere and without it, my car was rendered inoperable. These guys were so quick to help me find it, made sure it was the right one, and even emailed me the receipt days later for customs. They truly went above and beyond
