  Plaza BMW is top notch, our sales guy David Stone was amazing to work with. We’ve never really had a good dealership experience until this one. I came and saw this car 3 times, they were all very patient and not pushy at all, literally at all. Of course trading in a car you’re expecting a low ball offer, not plaza BMW, very very fair, easy and most importantly professional. This is our first BMW ever and I can definitely say it won’t be our last. David Stone is your guy to go to for any car needs, can’t thank him and the whole plaza BMW team enough. We will be back! Thank your for the experience!

  I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I just took delivery of my BMW, and the car is absolutely gorgeous. A huge thank you to Fabian Brooks, Eric Michel, and Kris Spector. They were beyond professional, accommodating, patient, and understanding throughout the entire process. Since I was purchasing from out of state, they made everything seamless from start to finish. The vehicle arrived looking absolutely brand new, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I can’t recommend this dealership enough and will absolutely be using them for my future BMW needs. Thanks again to Fabian, Eric, Kris, and the entire team!

  I had a nightmare scenario with Carvana and brought the defective BMW i3 in to see if it was salvageable. Paul was my main contact and he was amazing. Kept me informed and the lines of communication were always open. The car I brought in wasn't worth fixing but I will be taking my new i3 here for service everytime. Great people, super accommodating, excellent all around!

  BMW of Creve Coeur Service department provided fantastic service...we were on a trip to St. Louis for a soccer tournament with our three boys and two dogs. As we were unloading on a Friday evening, I saw a screw through the tread of on of the tires of our Nissan Armada. At 8am Saturday morning, I walked to the BMW dealer which was beside our hotel, and the service rep said "absolutely we can help"...fortunately, the tire was still holding air so I drove it over and they got us going again. Just very appreciative of the service and willingness to help us out.

  I purchased my 2025 certified pre-owned 330i from BMW of Creve Coeur in May 2026. The buying experience was fine and Bradley was easy to work with. I took my vehicle to a very reputable shop near my home to get tinted and when they washed the back window to prepare it for tint, the defroster lines slid down and split. I called some tint shops(including the one BMW of Creve Coeur uses) to ask them if that was something they have seen. They advised that defroster lines should not come off that easily and that it sounds like there is an issue with the glass. They suggested taking to where I purchased it. I bought the car on the 20th, took it to the tint shop on the 29th and called the dealership that afternoon. Since it was Friday we arranged for me to bring it in on Tuesday the 2nd. When I brought it in the service manager accused the tint shop of using too much heat or cutting the lines with a razor blade. I went back to the tint company and they showed me the video of them working on my car and neither of those things happened. BMW of Creve Coeur refuses to fix the back glass and so I made a complaint directly with BMW and when they called BMW of Creve Coeur,they went out of their way to tell BMW not to cover the damage even under their goodwill program. I have always dreamed of buying a BMW and after 10 years of driving a van, my kids were old enough to switch back to a car. The whole experience has been a nightmare and honestly I'm ready to just be done and get a different car because if this is how they are right after you buy the car, I can imagine they are even more difficult to work with as the car ages. I purchased a brand new Kia back in 2013 and 13 years later they provide superior service than this BMW of Creve Coeur has. So if you want a dealership that makes your life difficult before the 1st payment is due then BMW of Creve Coeur is the one for you. My co workers all have luxury vehicles as well as my clients and I will be sure to warn everyone about BMW of Creve Coeur.
