  Inconsistent service and utter indifference for the customer's needs and time. Regardless of your appointment, they determine how long to keep your car in the shop and don't provide any updates. Sad to see that, since I had better interactions with them in the past. The new customer representatives are, sadly, not truly ready to deal with customers and adopt a flippant attitude when asked for updates. I wasted my morning making a service appointment and everything, only to end up picking my car without having been fixed. Not going back to Audi Creve Coeur anytime soon, as they are clearly unable to provide the kind of prompt and polite service you'd expect from an Audi service office. Too bad!
