  Jed Nelson is the absolute best. He is knowledgeable, professional, and the kindest human. Jed is extremely busy, but never rushes you. He truly listens. I love my Audi and there is no other place I would go. Jed is top-notch!!

  I just had to publish a new review for Audi of Creve Coeur. Just when I think they can’t top themselves, they do. Recently, I was going out of town and my Audi had a malfunction issue warning light come on. I called and was told to bring it right in. Brent, a long-tenured service advisor, helped me immediately upon arrival. There are 5 service advisors, all superb with great product and service knowledge. While on vacation, Brent texted me to keep me updated on progress. Extremely grateful for his attention, advice, and his taking of a personal interest in my car and myself. Mike, the shop foreman, was key in diagnosing my issue. Another incredible resource for Audi of Creve Coeur. This is my 4th Audi serviced at this dealer. With a legacy of 5 star service, why would I go anywhere else?

  I tend to try different service centers to find the one that fits best. The wait time at this location with appointment was very long. They recommended to replace spark plugs when I had just gotten them replaced 3 days prior at a different Audi location. No video was provided for me either. The best part of this experience was the service rep, very nice and respectful. Service itself lacked a lot.

  I’ve purchased 6 cars from this dealership over the years and most recently 2 with Sofia McCormick. Sofia is an amazing customer-first sales professional. She’s caring, empathetic, honest, and a joy to work with. She really goes the extra mile for her clients. What I really appreciate about Sofia is her great communication. She’s always there when needed. I can’t recommend her enough.
