  I went the previous afternoon and there were 2 vehicles ahead of me in each lane. So it was pretty busy for a new shop. The lane next to me moved ahead before mine. They were almost complete with that vehicle before my lane moved forward, which made me the next vehicle in my lane. When the next lane moved forward, I believe someone should have come out and shifted the lanes to make the “next” vehicle actually next. No one came out to address this (my previous experience living in Michigan, the ship I lived near actually did this). It ended up that both vehicles were getting tire rotations and it seemed that the shop was not manned to efficiently accommodate both. I had a prior appointment and had to leave. I was in line for just over an hour. The next morning I came back and everything went as planned. Excellent service and communication.

  Had a great experience at Valvoline. Ryan, the manager, keeps the place running smooth. Dylan, the tech who took care of me, was quick, efficient, and professional. Shop was clean, service was fast.
