- BMBrad McBrideSep 17, 20261.0I called the other day to get a quote and I talked to a person and they gave me one and I told them I would call back, so I tried to call them back several times today and it will NOT let me talk to a person, all I get is an automated message literally saying that I will be connected to a person then it goes on to tell me that all appointments are done exclusively online and hangs up on me. I’ll take by business elsewhere and will never call them again.

First time I dropped off the car for an appointment they did not have the correct windshield. 10 days later I dropped off the car again and they did not have the right windshield wipers or any rain repellent. Billing was an absolute mess. Corporate customer service, after 15 minutes, routed me to a place in Minnesota. The only thing that saved this from a complaint and a rating of 1 was Paige. Paige provided excellent customer service and deserves kudos.
