After about 20-30 minutes, they came in and apologized for the wait- something about a new tech who didn’t know what they were doing, but they were on track now and it should be about 15 minutes…. I was hesitant about using the restroom, but as we are now going on an hour, I had no choice. It was disgusting. Paper all over the floor, toilet had not been cleaned in who knows how long, the sink was literally black and there were no towels to dry my hands on. Based on my experience I would be hesitant to come back to this location

I would have appreciated some kind of gesture of a future discount or even a 10%-20% with todays service. I will probably go to a different oil change site next time.

Also, they tried to sell my wife on a bunch of other things. They tried to sell her windshield wipers which I replaced 3 months ago and several other things that weren’t needed. I will never take another car there. They saw a my wife and tried to took advantage of her. By the way, an oil change in Chicago is under $100 for full synthetic, and things are much more expensive there.
