- SSSupa ShaqAug 3, 20261.0Why have a reservation if the company is not going to honor the reservation? Reservation was made 6 days ago. I was told no vehicles would be available until Monday. Inquired about my reservation on Monday and was told I need to make another reservation for Wednesday. After I was told by the manager a vehicle would be available for me on Monday. Now I'm being told there will not be a vehicle available for me until Wednesday. My reservation should Trump any other reservation made after my reservation. But the associate on the phone stated other reservations came in so they filled those reservations. WHAT! Just disregard my reservation. Smh.. 😡😡😡
