  I'm giving this 5 starts to Joseph at this location. Enterprise's reservation service sets their brick and mortar customer service reps up for failure. Joe was able to remain kind and helpful through a barrage of irate customers I witnessed him trying to help today. Give that guy a pay raise and get rid of your reservation reps

  Best place to rent a vehicle in town! No nonsense and the employees are extremely kind and considerate! They even sent follow up message to apologize for a long wait to recieve my rental (which wasn't necessary, but very appreciated). Vehicles are always in good, working condition and I have had no issues recieving my deposit back. They have even offered to assist with transportation after I had returned my rental and the weather was really bad.

  Booked a reservation online to pick up a rental at 12:00 pm to pick up a rental for a business trip. Will Hanley the one working said we are closed as we have a reservation at 12:00 pm for pickup . He said you that slots there for anticipation that you arrive early. In the waiting room there was already a line of people waiting to pick up there vehicle and my time was 12 which I had arrived with my co worker. We set there for 37 min when he said we had to leave. Will Haylan at enterprise would not rent to us I said we were here and there was a line of people. I stated we have a work trip we are leaving for. This is not acceptable to schedule a time and we are here and not rent why would you schedule a time when your are supposed to be closing? Will haylan was rude to other customer in the building. Went across the street to Avis and the owner there took .care of us and got us a car for our annual conference . Enterpriase employee should not be allowed to refuse to rent when you have appointment time, Haylan should not be allowed to treat customers this way . When people have appointment and rentals they are for reasons. I will let everyone one no not to go to enterprise and got to Avis on provedence the owner there will take care of you.
