- STsagittarius topaz1 day ago3.0The vehicle is was loaned was different than it appeared to be. All ut driver door seemed open after vehicle was turned on, I couldn't get them open at least front passenger til car was on, but the person at rental opened all doors with no problem! Enterprise, your people need share details of the vehicles if they can. Didn't even see the switch to open gas cap in side panel bottom of door

The assisted me to getting to the closest Enterprise of my location. Swap my vehicle out and got me out of there before they close and I showed up 15 minutes before closing.

I showed up for my reservation and was told by an employee behind the counter that they actually don't have any cars available, and that they "messaged me" and that I should just try Hertz instead. I didn't have any contact from Enterprise by email or phone other than confirming my car and asking me to check in. So I didn't find out from them until I came in person for my pickup appointment now that all the other companies are closed in Columbia for the day. I will no longer be able to make it across state for my grandma's funeral in the morning, thanks Enterprise!
