- KEKarissa ElamMay 31, 20261.0I work for a local towing company in town. When Enterprise rents their vehicles to people and it breaks down, they will NOT give you a different one. They have sent us to pick up new cars for members and deliver them. When we arrive at the check in desk they refuse to let the tow truck pick a new car up for their members. They never know what's going on. They would rather leave their customers stranded than try to figure out what's going on with THEIR customers! It waste the tow truck drives time and ultimately they are hurting their own customers. Highly suggest never using Enterprise.
