    I'm a rewards member..who have rented from enterprise several times.who extended rental for over 2 months.. today was the first time I had an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience.. perhaps due to a new location I haven't gone to before..only because my usual location had no available vehicle to rent..so what that being said the new location made me feel as though I was not trusted, they grilled me with many questions that has never been asked before..it felt personal.. needless to say I will not be returning to this location again.

    I went to the one on North Providence. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure I knew they would be available if I had any problems. The car was perfect and now I want to buy one but I can't because society has made cars the same price it used to be to purchase a home.

    Enterprise personnel are so friendly and helpful, even when they are busy. I have been renting at another agency, but this was a much better experience, and they allowed us to put my 24-year-old grandson on as a driver. Great car, spotless and like new.

    While clearly very busy and working under pressure, everyone working here seemed to have things under control in getting me a rental, providing good communication throughout the process, and making it a smooth experience down to giving me a ride to the shop to pick up my car upon returning the rental. Good work guys. Thank you!
