Not sure what happened and why they would put a customer on hold for such an extended period of time without getting back to them.
- SPsharon picardSep 15, 20261.0Not great. Called 6 days ago, found a fat nail in my tire (non repairable) and moving across the country in 2 days. Told them this over the phone. Set an appt for today, as I had a warranty on the tire. Of course they dont have that specific tire in store (would take several days to get in). So they took this as an opportunity to upsale me on tires. Never explained the warranty process until today when asked. Not great customer service at all. Would not recommend.
