Great experience the guys there are very nice and helpful. I would probably take my own car in when I need something done because I got ripped off at Firestone. I took my employer's work van in to get new tires and a tune up.

I am writing to recognize Jason and the team at your Vandiver location in Columbia, Missouri, for the outstanding service they provided during our recent visit for work on my wife’s 2015 GMC Terrain. The team did a thorough job and went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied. We truly appreciated the care and attention they put into the work, and their commitment to getting everything handled properly gave us confidence in choosing Dobbs. Jason deserves special recognition. When an issue arose, he stepped in and helped resolve it quickly and professionally. His willingness to help and dedication to customer satisfaction made a lasting impression. He treated our concerns with respect, gave us time to make decisions without pressure, and made us feel that our business mattered. Service like this deserves to be brought to your attention. Jason and the Vandiver team represented Dobbs exceptionally well, and I hope you will share our appreciation with them and recognize their efforts. I wholeheartedly recommend Dobbs Tire & Auto Centers on Vandiver to anyone looking for thorough automotive work and outstanding customer service. We look forward to continuing to bring our vehicles to this location. Thank you to Jason and everyone involved for going the extra mile for our family. Sincerely, Jonathan Hillis

Don't bring your vehicle here. I brought my car in to have the tires changed and the alignment done, but when I went to pick it up, they told me they couldn't align it because I needed repairs costing $2,200. They installed the new tires anyway without calling to see if I approved the installation; they only care about selling tires and don't care about the customers. no traigan el vehículo a este lugar traje mi auto para cambiar mis llantas y alinemainto pero cuando llego a recoger el auto me dicen que no pueden alinear el auto por qué necesito reparaciones valoradas en 2,200 dólares aún así instalan la llantas nuevas pero no me llaman para avísame si apruebo instalar las llantas solo les interesa vender llantas y no les interesa los clientes
