  Short notice to get a car (ours died). They had the same size that we needed and got us back on the road right away.

  They did not have the SUV that we reserved for vacation. They notified us of this while we were on our way to pick it up. What a poor way to run a business. Scrambling to make other plans now. Very disappointed with this company.

  i googled rentals in chillicothe mo, due to my pickup breaking down. i called the enterprise number provided, and spoke to a gentleman of middle eastern descent, who assured me twice in the 40 minutes i spoke to him that he was indeed representing the enterprise location on washington street. after providing my account information, it took him 3 attempts to finally extract $547 dollars from my account, which took place some time after our conversation. finally, he told me to just go to the location in chillicothe, and do the transaction over the counter. i arrived at the location, only one employee, who had never heard of me, and was totally unwilling to look into the situation. i rented elsewhere, got up the next morning and checked my account, and was surprised to see that my account has been debited for $547, which i assume, after multiple phone calls, that i will have never recoup. i did call the same number after i discovered this, spoke to the SAME GUY, he acted like he had never talked to me, and promptly hung up and blocked my number. thank you enterprise for a very expensive and disappointing experience.

  I wanted to get everything taken care of before the day I rented the car but the lady would not let me till the day of and I didn't get to go to my sister having brain surgery because I couldn't rent the car! If she would of done it sooner I would of found other options but instead I didn't get to go

  Thank you for the opportunity to leave remarks about my experience with Enterprise (employee, online, customer care, management, website, phone). I give Enterprise a stellar rating! My first point of contact was Google search to website. The website was my least favorite part of I had to say anything negative. I believe developing a user friendly website would benefit both Enterprise and the customer. For example, (mobile app or website) easier navigation and after hours capable reservation. The cumbersome website reservation and after hours caused me to place a phone call. Customer care made the reservation for me and she was professional, friendly voice to help me. It was nice to get an email confirming my reservation. The day of my reservation I called to change the reservation. M, the on duty Manager was happy to make the changes and explained my fees and options for insurance. It happened to be a bitter cold and snowy day President's Day and I was off work. I was very happy to have the rental just in case my vehicle would be still out of service the next day. As luck would have it, I was able to bring the rental back same day. It was just almost closing time and the weather was dismal at best. I know M. was looking forward to being off work but he took the time to wait for me to get there and provided a courtesy ride after work to the auto shop a couple blocks down. I was very grateful to not have to walk in the brutal snow and freezing temperatures. I followed up the next day with customer care about my account to ensure charges were correct because I had changed the reservation twice. They kindly took my information and submitted a ticket for follow up. I was satisfied with that because it had not been 24 hours yet and yet things process. The following day I received an email asking about my experience and replied "Hello D, My experience was five star worthy. I would like to ensure my account is credited the deposit and only charge for 1 (one) day as I returned the rental Monday February 17 before close. Looking forward to doing business with Enterprise again". Then later that day or the next I received a phone call from the another location and had a pleasant conversation and was ensured the account would be charged for just the one day. I reviewed my credit card statement today and indeed the charges were correct. Thank you Enterprise for your stellar service.
