- KKKiara KahnJul 13, 20261.0If I could give this place 0 STARS I would I got what I thought was an oil change on July 8th. After leaving the shop my car started to make a weirder noise when I accelerated .. I was about to go to see what noise was but didn’t have time. 2 days later I call the number listed and told them what was happening and they said someone would follow up . No one ever called! So it’s now Sunday the 12th my car will is making the same noise but worse. Long story short I had another mechanic look at my car theyy checked the oil and told me there was no oil in the car . Thank god I caught it before my motor locked ! DO NOT GO TO ANY VALVOLINE. I am not the first person they’ve done this to.
