They still do their job and check my lights and signals and get me in and out quick. I had my windshield wipers replaced thanks to them noticing I needed new ones.

I understand that service centers can get busy, but customers should still be treated with basic respect and professionalism. His attitude made what should have been a simple oil change an unpleasant experience. I hope management addresses this so future customers receive better service.
