Price was comparable to what I was paying at the dealership. the only negative thing about my visit was my decision to wait at Dobbs rather stay home and wait for the notice that my car was ready. I'll know better the next time.

They said they replaced the party and fixed the problem after having my car for 5 days I picked up my car last night and drove it home 0.4 miles … this morning I drove my car to the car wash to get washed and car broke down while paying for the car wash I had to call a tow truck to get my car . Tow truck driver took a photo of the issue and it shows the piece was not replaced the cable is still exposed . This is a very dangerous situation bc the car does not recognize it it’s in drive or reverse . . I paid 218.00 to be repaired and it was not I had to pay another 130 to get towed and caused an issue at the car wash

The professional and personal service Chesterfield has given me over the last 30 years and multiple cars. Prices seem reasonable and competitive but I have little to compare with.

Always excellent service from Dobbs, Chesterfield Parkway in Chesterfield. The customer always comes first. Replaced a deader than dead battery with an excellent warranty.
