  Adam Bullard really helped me out. Got a flat tire driving home from work and he got me in and out in under an hour and really helped me get back out there! Really appreciated it.

  The team at this location has taken care of me a my family for years . The store manager Anthony is the best Walter couldn't be anymore present when he answers the phone or gives me a shuttle to work.

  Rarely am I impressed. Pleasantly, I was amazed beyond words. Anthony and Adam were amazing. Answered all my questions and helped me with all the paperwork. Anthony even helped me save money by getting a rebate. I will definitely recommend them and this store to my friends and family. 10 out of 10

  Being new to this country, I often felt a sense of fear when dealing with sales or service teams. Many of them, based on my personal experiences, tend to lean more toward organizational interests rather than genuine customer care. But my experience with Dob’s in Chesterfield was completely the opposite. From the very first phone call to walking into the service center, I felt genuine warmth and professionalism. Every staff member is courteous, but Anthony (Store Manager) stands out in a remarkable way. He goes beyond customer service — he shows true humanity. During a difficult time, I could count on him without hesitation. His passion and sincerity radiate through every interaction, and his actions consistently reinforce trust. Anthony ensures that customers feel valued, respected, and supported. He protects our time, explains everything clearly, and makes sure the service cost never feels burdensome. His leadership sets the tone for the entire center. For anyone looking for affordable, trustworthy, and high‑quality automobile maintenance or repairs, this service center is a one‑stop solution.   These guys are awesome. I set the wrong kind of appointment (drop off instead of wait) for an emissions test, and expected a multiple hour wait time. The guys at the front, hearing this, told me they had two dozen cars to do but could maybe finish in an hour or two. To my surprise, I got a call 30 minutes later that my car was finished. Through my whole experience everyone I interacted with was class, hilarious, and so nice despite my error. Especially Anthony who exemplified professionalism. Amazing team!!! Would recommend a million times.
