Great coordination with the service advisor. Mechanic completed the oil change in the promised time as I waited in the shop.
I was visiting Chesterfield and upon my arrival I picked up a chunk of wire in my tire. Got to a parking lot and put the spare on. Went to this location first thing and they bent over backwards to get me fixed and back on the road first thing as they opened. Everyone was so kind and helpful.

Done right the first time and put the car in an area when done that would be safe and protected from damage. That’s the type of care I like to see and will continue to return.

Not the friendliest crew. Apparently having manpower issues and the person behind the counter wanted the 4 people standing in line to know about it. I just needed a flat tire repaired that I had already removed and was laying in the bed of my truck. I was told to bring the tire in if I wanted it fixed. Mind you this is a 20 inch truck tire probably weighing 80 - 100 lbs and I'm dressed for work. Ha! There is competition and I'll be experiencing it after that wonderful experience.

I have hesitated putting a poor review but people need to beware of this location.
We took our son’s vehicle here after he slid into a curb during this past winter season. Our insurance as well as the location verified they had the equipment to properly view underneath the vehicle with the damage they felt may have happened during the accident. The manager preceded to talk about the vehicle needing new brakes which wasn't even why we came in and the vehicle only had 10,000 miles on it. Why would new brakes be needed with such little driving done? My husband and i have driven new vehicles for 20 years and brakes have lasted for us over 100,000 miles. This was our first aha moment. They replaced the brakes and brake pads without our approval or us even knowing or being able to see the brakes/brake pads for ourself. After getting so upset that the location kept the vehicle several weeks, replaced the brakes without approval, had excuse after excuse for why they didnt order the right parts for the damage on time, we picked the vehicle up to take it to another location to be properly fixed. The second location found a broken axil and other issues that could have caused a major accident and injured or killed our son. Dobbs entire team missed this! I was mortified that our son could have been severely injured or killed or had an accident and hurt others.
Our insurance company had already paid Dobbs before we had a chance to see or pick up the vehicle from Dobbs. They ended up paying Dobbs approx $3,500 for not fixing it and missing a broken axil.
Dobbs management continued to make excuses and told us we still owed them for an oil change and the new brakes. After my husband made them very aware of what they missed and we didnt feel we owed anything, we actually felt we deserved the insurance money back and apologies. We received a $0 bill and no apology.
We dont know why the team states they can fix vehicles after these kinds of accidents and cant even spot a broken axil, is quite alarming. We were very lucky something very bad didnt happen and we were smart enough to take the vehicle somewhere else. But it is a shame that Dobbs got away with this.
