From the front office to those managing the repair every interaction seemed to be focused on customer satisfaction. I could not have been more pleased with my experience. They identified a cracked tail light another shop had missed, they were able to complete the work in a week and the repaired vehicle looks as good as new.

Kim was outstanding in communication and keeping me up to date with the progress of my car and how insurance was handling their side of things. She has fantastic customer service, empathy, and deserves a 6/5. Xander was over the repairs to my car. He was thorough and meticulous with the repairs. Tim was also helping out with the process and he went above and beyond to ensure my car was back to me in the same shape before it was hit. The body work is extremely clean. The paint has zero areas where it looks as though it’s had a touch up. It’s a solid color throughout. Outstanding work to the team at CarCraft. You should feel calm dropping your vehicle off here because you will know you’re getting top tier work.
