Paid for a reserved spot a few hrs before arriving. Once I arrived there were NO reserved spots open even though their app said there were still 10 available. Went inside and was told by the MOD that due to the "system update" they couldn't print out the list to see who was supposed to be there and for me to get a refund. I miss the days when drivers were more considerate and people actually did their jobs. What's the point of paying "ahead of time" for a parking spot when facilities don't actually care and just allow drivers to park wherever they want with no consequences

At the point of this writing have eaten both breakfast and dinner at the Huddle House at this truck stop and not only did I find the food to be wonderful and very affordable, but the staff both on night shift and day shift we're on point with a very old school feel an outstanding customer service Especially: MS. 08/26/26 9:45am. The WORST Flying J I have ever been to! They are ALL pretty bad but this one is the winner by far! BRITNEY was talking about a customer with a manager! YES a manager!!! While another employee was outside at that same customers vehicle gossiping about the cashiers inside!! ALL of them totally forgot there was a line to the door! Had to make it known we were all waiting! Fruit flys and knats were everywhere couldnt even get coffee. You had 5 employees on a clock and ONLY one was working and he was sucking dust out the vents!!!. YES management was right there with them!!! This comes from up above. If management is bad, the rest will follow! SHAME on all of you for NOT acknowledging that customers that spend thousands a week are standing right in front of you! I took my $600 for fuel across the street to LOVES!!! STOP the madness and all you customers out there need to STOP entertaining it. You work hard you deserve better!
