- 3S3550 sikeston6 days ago5.0Stopped by the Pilot Flying J in Charleston, Missouri during a recent trip and had a really positive experience. The store was clean, organized, and the staff was friendly. Brett, one of the managers, was especially helpful and made sure guests were taken care of without making it feel forced. It’s always nice to see management actively involved and willing to help when needed. Overall, a smooth stop with great customer service. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m passing through the area.

The manager lady says they have been too busy to clean the showers....REALLY. I purchase damn near $1000 of fuel. And all a man wanted was a quick shower. And they couldn't even do that for me.
- JVJose VelazquezMay 28, 20262.0Made an online order it gave the eta for when it should be ready the time came and went then it was marked ready went to pick it up and there was nothing then asked the cashier about it and they began arguing amongst each other and said that it wasn't prepared because the person in charge didn't want to make it and after waiting for the order to be made they handed the pizza without being cut i guess they think it's funny or something
