  Gentlemen working there were super friendly. However we waited to be serviced because the clerk had to get more filters. Then once service began, the clerk realized the store didn't have the oil needed for our car. Had to wait again for clerk to go get supplies to perform service. Total time from pulling onto lot and leaving lot was over an hour and fifteen.

  We sat in line for 45 minutes to even get in the bay and have been sitting here for 25 minutes with hood still up and waiting for ?? VERY unhappy and do not plan to return. Have been having oil changes at this location since it opened many years ago. Plan on letting everyone know what unreliable this company is!!!! Finally finished with this visit after one hour and 35 minutes. So much for advertising 15 minute oil change and it took over 30 minutes. NOT good business.

  Same friendly people, however your price has now doubled, bigger company yet the price increases…corporate greed at its finest.
