  Went to this dealership a couple times. First visit wasn't too bad they didn't seem pushy. So when they got a vehicle in that I was interested in I made the trip back in for a test drive. They knew from my previous visits that my budget was $30,000. Well when I got there they had me test drive a vehicle that was priced at $40,000 . I told them this is not the vehicle I'm interested in and you guys know what my budget is. I finally got to test drive the vehicle I wanted to. Liked it so we started the paperwork. They come back and tell me that I'm not approved for the $40,000 car. I was like, what I didn't ask you to get me approved for that amount. I was furious and walked out. Later on I got 6 different decline letters from 6 different companies. I told them to only try 1 company and for only $30,000. Instead they hit my credit 6x. I will never go there to purchase a vehicle and you shouldn't either.

  I had been looking for a low mile used vehicle for several months on cargurus. Sales Associate Jon Le reached out to me and worked hard to get me the right vehicle. I was able to get new instead of pre owned for a bit more money, and his service the whole time was unmatched! I do not live local so we completed the entire process almost exclusively through text and a few brief phone calls. No hours spent in the dealership. They delivered my car for free, hours away, and gave a few upgrades. Easy process thanks to Jon Le. Highly recommend!

  I was passing through on my way home to MN from CA when my truck went into limp mode. I nursed it over to their service department the next morning to have them diagnose the issue. Understanding I was anxious to get home, they found the problem, had the parts on hand and started the repairs with in a short amount of time and had back on the road the next morning. Jake in the service department was AWESOME! He went above and beyond and kept me updated throughout the entire process and he also made numerous calls to the warranty company looking for a resolution until he was told to stop calling. It's nice to have someone fighting for you! I could not be happier with the service I received from this dealership. If I lived in the area, they would be doing the service on all of my vehicles.
