The crew was great and kept me updated throughout the inspection and oil change. Hate to see the price increase but I understand the cost associated. If I need a quick oil change since I dont have time I definitely come to valvoline.
- MSM SApr 19, 20264.0Great service overall, but I was surprised to be prompted to tip after paying $125 for a 30-minute oil change. This isn’t a reflection on the technician, but at that rate, employee wages should be built into the cost. The tipping prompt feels unnecessary and off-putting.
