  ⭐ 1 Star – Poor Customer Service and Disappointing Claims Process I would not recommend Zips Car Wash based on my experience. My vehicle was damaged after going through their car wash, and when I reported it, my claim was denied. When I spoke with an employee at the location, I was told they had been experiencing equipment issues, including vehicles coming out dirty and reports of damage. I also personally observed a piece of equipment inside the tunnel that did not appear to be moving properly, and I heard an unusual sound while my vehicle was going through the wash. I have video documenting the equipment's abnormal operation. Despite this, the Damage Claims Team denied my claim based on the absence of a specific damage pattern they said would typically result from an object lodged in the brushes. My concern was that the equipment itself appeared to be malfunctioning, yet their response did not adequately address the evidence I provided or the possibility of damage caused by that equipment. I understand that not every damage claim can automatically be attributed to a car wash, but I expected a more thorough investigation and a response that addressed the actual concerns I raised rather than simply dismissing the claim based on a particular damage pattern. I also reported my concerns to the Better Business Bureau after my claim was denied. I am including this information to accurately describe the steps I took to seek a resolution, not to suggest that the BBB determined the outcome of my claim. Accidents can happen, but how a company handles a customer's concerns matters. Based on my experience, I am very disappointed with both the outcome and the claims process. I would encourage anyone using this location to carefully inspect their vehicle before and after every wash.

  Absolute rip-off! I paid $30 for their highest-level car wash, and honestly, it barely did anything. Sure, it removed a little dirt, but my rims were still filthy, and there was still dirt all over my vehicle. Mind you, I don't go off-roading or drive on dirt roads. I literally drive to and from work, so there's absolutely no reason my car should still look this dirty after a $30 wash. And don't even get me started on the tire shine! It barely sprays anything, and my tires definitely weren't shining. To make matters worse, the microfiber cloths they provide smell absolutely rotten! Who wants to wipe down their vehicle with nasty, foul-smelling towels? That's disgusting! Save your money! Wash your car yourself or pay a professional to actually get the job done right. Charging $30 for these results is ridiculous. I feel completely ripped off, and this will be my last time visiting this location or ANY location under this franchise. Never again!

  Car never comes clean even with the highest priced wash. Going to cancel my membership soon Half the wash doesn't work or don't even touch the car. The small car wash at a gas station with the cheapest wash got my car a lot cleaner than this place.
