  Very disappointed with this experience. I took my vehicle to Audi for an oil change and brake inspection and was told that the rotors currently on my vehicle are not the correct size for it. I was also told this could explain why my brakes have been squeaking since I purchased the vehicle. What concerns me most is the potential safety issue and the fact that I’m now being quoted around $900 to correct an issue that appears to have existed since before I purchased the vehicle. When I spoke with the service manager, he stated that he was not a mechanic and could not confirm whether the rotors were incorrect. However, he also said the rotors simply gotten smaller over time due to mileage. That explanation does not make sense to us when the brake squeaking has been an issue since the day I purchased the vehicle. He also made a comment “ don’t think you guys are getting this done for free, you went to an Audi dealer who’s much higher than our dealership “ then said for us to come Monday morning for a cheaper quote like this is our problem. I’m extremely disappointed that I’m now left with the vehicle sold to me with incorrect brake components and potentially put my safety at risk. I expected much better.

  On June 14th my friend and I came in looking for a Renegade we’d seen they had online. We met the best salesperson we’ve ever met in Elena who checked the car we were looking for and saw it was unavailable. She then walked the lot in toasty weather and found another Renegade which was perfect. She then sent us over to David who was very clear on setting us up with financing. Before we left the manager insisted they detail the car so it was perfect leaving the lot. And Elena found us an excellent restaurant while we waited for the detailing. A+ for Elena and everyone else there!

  Buying a vehicle from STL CDJR Bridgeton was, without a doubt, the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had. From the very beginning, Richard Appelbaum and William Harrison treated us with honesty, professionalism, and genuine care. It’s rare to find a dealership where the staff feels so authentic, and that made all the difference. As soon as I said “yes” and accepted the terms of the deal, I looked up and saw an entire team gathered around the Jeep that had been displayed in the showroom. They immediately went to work putting the hard top on, installing the doors, and preparing it to head to detailing. Watching the technicians, sales staff, and everyone else work together so seamlessly was truly impressive. Every person we encountered introduced themselves with a smile and a handshake, making us feel welcomed and appreciated every step of the way. I’ve never felt so comfortable in a car dealership.   Excellent dealer experience. Very low pressure. My wife and I went in on a weekday night to test drive a new Pacifica. Everything was ready for us when we got there. We liked the van and worked with Renell Couzart to see if we could get the numbers to where we wanted them to be. Renell walked us through various discounts to get us the best deal on the Pacifica. He also gave me exactly what I asked for on my trade-in. We ended up with a great deal, and I went home that night with a new car. Renell followed up several days later to make sure that everything was working out ok with the van. He reached out again after a month. Best car buying process I've had.
