  Had a wonderful experience at this establishment! Got an appointment scheduled immediately, within an hour. Service was fast and exceptional. The guys working there are such gentleman. They helped me out tremendously. You all have made a customer for life!

  This had to be the worst, most unprofessional experience I've ever had at an NTB. I dropped my vehicle off to have 4 tires installed on it. They called me an hour later to pick it up and when I arrived I found my vehicle sitting in the parking lot with the drivers side window down and the wrong tires installed. I went in and informed them the wrong tires were on and they were very apologetic about it and said they would install the correct ones. They were very polite to me, so I made sure I was polite with them and I told them it wasn't a big deal as long as the right ones get installed. I told them I was just happy and thankful to be getting new tires. They called back an hour later and let me know things were finished, so I went up to get it for a second time. This time the right tires were installed so I paid and thanked them. When I got in my vehicle I found that I had a warning light telling me that one of my tpms sensors was bad and reading my tire as being flat. Nobody had said anything to me about it and there were no notes about it on the paperwork and this wasn't present when i dropped it off. When I asked the manager Jesse about it he said they noticed it and that its just a low battery and should come back on after driving it. I told him if I would of been informed it was low then I would of paid to have it replaced as well. I asked if I could have it fixed and he said he didn't have anyone there with the knowledge on how to program to the vehicle and that I'd have to wait till next week. When I left I called a different NTB and they were able to see me right away and get it fixed. At that other NTB I found out that every manager is supposed to know how to program the tpms and I aslo found out while they were replacing my tpms that my tire was out of balance. They pulled all 4 of my tires and found that the balance was way off on on 4 tires. Long story short, not only did they not inform me about the tpms being broke before giving me my keys and then telling me nobody there can fix it. It looks like they swapped the tires for the correct pair and didn't bother checking the balance on any of them afterwards. After spending $1500 on some new tires to have them balanced and installed and getting this kind of customer service. I can guarantee you that this NTB location will never get my business or anyone from my family's business ever again. If this is the way they are choosing to run their business and handle their customers then it won't suprise me if they end up another closed down abandoned building in the area. Update: The owner reached out to me about the issues I had at the Bridgeton location. He earned my respect and my appreciation in that conversation. Just the fact that he reached out to me meant a lot to me, not every owner does that. It was obvious that he genuinely cares about his business and his customers. I'll always be a NTB customer because of that. Thank you very much and I look forward to doing more business with you.

  Dominic was excellent. I arrived early and he was able to fit me in and get me out. I got and oil change and tires rotated. He was super helpful and welcomed me with a smile. 😊

  This place has a high rating for a reason, staff is very knowledgeable and service was super quick. Waiting room is comfortable and I like that I can actually see my vehicle and the technicians in the shop from the waiting room. I think it goes a long way for trust and accountability and peace of mind.

  These people are absolutely ridiculous. No one here has a clue about what they are doing. I went in for 2 new tires back in march. I sat for 2 hours in the waiting room for them to tell me that they couldnt find my tires that were ordered. I was told to come back the next day. Which i did, only to be told that the tires were there the day before. Someone just didnt look hard enough for them. Come to this past week and i needed the other 2 tires replaced. I called this shop directly to make an apot. The guy qouted me 2 different prices all ending it at $580. I had to ask him if he wanted my name and info to set up the appt. He never asked. My husand dropped my car off on friday morning. He was told the wrong tires were ordered and they had to reorder the right ones. Now yhe cost would be 626 instead of 580.. i called and spoke to jesse, the manager. He apologized but did nothing to try and honor the price or resolve the situation. That was 3 days ago. I drove my car one time since then. Woke up today and one of my brand new tires is flat. We brought it back up to ntb. Now they cant look at it JUST YET bc of "shop issues" and informed us we might owe money bc there is no warranty for our new tires! They never offered us a warranty and the tire is 3 days old! I will be making sure that everyone is aware of how they run their business. Along with calling corporate tomorrow and filing a formal complaint with them and the bbb. I wont stop filing the complaints until something more is done to resolve these issues. And once they fix their mistake on my new tire, i wont be going back.
