  Today I went to Car X needing 2 tire replacement, but I really only had a budget for 1. The customer service was great and professional/ friendly. Kirk Muehlebach was willing to work with me knowing I really needed 2 tired. So he made a suggestion for a discount and I was willing to work with him because of his efforts to give me a discount and I got 2 much needed tires. I’m very happy with the service and as well as wait time. In my opinion the world needs more Mr Kirk Muehlebach customer service reps instead of rude hurried service and unnecessary pressure to getting products we don’t need or it can wait temporarily. So thank you for today’s service I appreciate you.

  We had a wonderful experience with CarX Tire & Service! We were purchasing a truck from out of state and needed a pre-purchase evaluation before making such an important decision. They got us in right on time and did a fabulous job thoroughly looking the truck over. They took the time to explain what they found, helped us determine whether the truck was worth the asking price, and even offered helpful suggestions about whether they felt it was a fair deal. We really appreciated their honesty and willingness to help us make an informed decision. Everyone we dealt with was personable, professional, and knowledgeable. We couldn’t have asked for better service, and we would highly recommend CarX Tire & Service to anyone needing a thorough and trustworthy vehicle inspection. Thank you for helping make our out-of-state truck purchase a much easier decision!

  Bridgeton Car-x is somewhere I have been going for the past few months for car repairs/oil changes. They are always trying to give you the best possible price and service. I went in for an oil change and did not know they were going to look over my entire car. I wish they would have told me so I knew what to expect in advance BUT with that being said, I am super glad they did look at my car because they found some important things wrong with it to get fixed that I did not know were ready for fixing. I will always go to Car-x. Thank you Kirk and KJ.

  They do good work for a good price. However, I was very disappointed with the service. They worked with me to get my vehicle running well enough to pass inspections. The next day, it started misfiring again. I called up and was told to bring it back in, they’ll take another look. It then sat for over two weeks and the three times I called about it, I was given the runaround. Nobody contacted me. Eventually they called and said they can’t do anything. I went to retrieve it and mentioned I was displeased with the service, and that complaint was poorly received. After a while the manager told me he’d tell the district manager who would be in contact with me. The next week, the district manager calls and I tell him my side. He said he’ll look into it. He then has the store manager tell me he won’t refund or otherwise work with me because he “just gave 3 refunds”. They didn’t necessarily owe me anything, but to have a legitimate complaint and go through so many hoops just to be told no because I was last in line on a week of complaints is not ideal.
