  Highly recommend this shop. Kirk and his team are fantastic! Every time I have a big expensive car repair Kirk always goes out of his way to figure out how he can help me! He actually cares about his customers and their safety. They have Honest pricing, fast service, and they actually take the time to explain what’s going on with your vehicle instead of trying to upsell you on things you don’t need. Hard to find mechanics you can really trust, but this place definitely earned my business. I’ll be coming back for any future repairs and maintenance.

  Upon arrival I was met with have a seat o er there Im busy I got a lot going on. After waiting for few minutes an elderly gent came from the bay asked if I had an appointment got my keys and proceeded with my car. Another waiting customer complimented the older gent .Service manager replied he gets on my nerves.Until this day I have only been met with good vibes from car. Mr macho man needs training in customer service

  The guys at Bridgeton Car-X were great. I went for safety & emissions tests and asked to add on an oil change at the last minute. They were gladly accommodating. I was done in less than 40 minutes and paid less than jiffy Lube

  My husband took my car to this location for a safety and emissions inspection. The car passed emissions, but failed the safety portion because the trunk brake light wasn’t turning on. The other brake lights worked fine. They quoted us over $700 to fix the issue, claiming the part alone cost hundreds of dollars and that labor would add several hundred more. My husband decided to look into it himself first, and once we got home, he found the exact replacement part online for around $30 and fixed it in about 15 minutes. We were honestly shocked by how inflated the quote was for such a simple repair. It felt like they assumed we were young and dumb & wouldn’t question it as they talked about the $700 as if it was nothing. Never returning to this location again lol nice try though

  Took my car in because my brakes were squealing. They told me I need front brakes and rotors. I saw the mechanic take the tires off and exactly one hour later they were done. I know a little bit so I asked how it was done so fast and if the mechanic bled the brakes. The manager assured me it was all done peoperly. I dribe home and as soon as i hit lindbergh the brakes were squalimg noticed no difference in the brakes and they continued to squeak as though no work was done at all. I called the manger and told me the mechanic was out and scheduled me the following Saturday when he returned. I brought my car back up there and the mechanic did a ride along In a nearby parking lot. We both heard the brakes noise and he said oh you just need to drive more and the squeal will go away. 7 months later the squeal remains and brakes are worse obviously. My belief allegedly is that no work was ever performed. I believe I got scammed out of $700. Females beware. I would not take my car there unless I had a knowledgeable male to check them.
