- MLMelanie LynchSep 17, 20265.0Quick and efficient. Amazing customer service with my experience. I also witnessed Store Manager Kirk's interactions with another customer and it was very obvious that he truly cares about his customers and strives to assist them and not just take their money.
- TCTyler CaseSep 17, 20261.0Was just told it’d be 4 days for an emissions test because I didn’t have an appointment lmao. Mind you these guys have changed my brakes and rotors in an hour and a half with no reservation. Desk clerk is rude and immediately started complaining about how “all they do is walk ins and how ridiculous it is” Customer lost
- SMSedrick MSep 12, 20262.0Would not go here for emissions or safety test. I wouldn’t even go here for diagnostic. I came in for emissions and safety test and everything checked out except they told me my windshield wipers were old. I got them years back and they worked fine which they acknowledged it does. So safety wise it should’ve passed if they still work. Then they added that my sway bar links wasn’t working properly. I asked was it bent broken or damaged and they said the screws might need to be tightened more. I asked for my keys and went to two other safety and emission places and they said nothing was wrong with either and they passed me. Car-x tried to charge me 650 dollars for wipers and screws and told me they wouldn’t pass me unless I got them fixed. And when I asked for my car keys they tried to negotiate with me on the prices down to 470 dollars. Never going back
