I have a work van managed by enterprise fleet. After a 3 day weekend. Had to jump start it after near triple digit temps. All seemed well. Had to move my van mid day on the jobsite. Needed a Jumpstart. Battery obviously went south plus was almost due for an oil change. Called, they said, get it here about noon. We close at 6. You get your work van back today. At 5:45 pm i showed up. Van was just being finished. Enterprise wanted to do the spark plugs because im close to 100k on miles. They told him he needs this van for work tomorrow. On Friday im dropping it off after work, getting the spark plugs. Picking it up Saturday. They did me right, especially for a fleet account. Was a bad Monday. But it went well

Hugh shoutout to Jacob who helped my husband and son last night. Ten minutes to closing, they needed new back tires due to an issue they found while driving to Microcenter. Jacob had to run to another location to get the right tires, and the crew got them back on their way safely. Thank you so much!!!.

I got four new tires—top of the line! Also alignment. Car drives great. Very timely. Everyone I spoke with Corey and Jacob were super accommodating and polite., I thought for sure this was gonna be a five star experience. Until I drove and the tire pressure monitoring system went out. Had to bring the car back. Again they were super nice and super accommodating. And I learned that some tires were over inflated and some under inflated. I assume that someone just skipped the final check—make sure the tire pressures are spot on before the customer leaves with brand new tires. It was a really hot day so probably understandable fatigue. So I recommend them—I think I must subtract a star for my story—but I do recommend.

I blew out a tire and needed a tire ASAP. I was miles from home and did not feel comfortable driving home on the don’t spare. Luckily I was close to Dobbs and got there and they got me in and fixed up. I feel like I got a good deal on my tires and that they didn’t rip me off or take advantage of my situation. I will definitely go back here whenever I need tires.
I went to the store on Tuesday. My next-door neighbor is a mechanic and we diagnosed that we had a brake switch issue. I went to the store told them about the issue. They told me it would be fixed for $163. I had them fix it because the price sounded right.
Went to pick up the car later that day it would not start. They had to come jump it. I’m not sure what sort of mechanic would give you back a car and that’s not working, and if there was another issue, they should probably have diagnosed it and let you know
Anyways, when I was dropping off the car, they really wanted me to pay for a diagnostic service I turned it down.
Got the car back the battery died on me several times I figured out that the brake lights were still on, and that the problem was not fixed correctly. I went back to the store in the morning when it open tried talking to the manager Corey and he wanted to charge me 200 more dollars to get it diagnosed and was sure that I had an electrical issue. I did not want to pay for the $200 diagnostics. I asked him if he could just go look at it and see if it was done correctly. He told me no I have an electrical issue.
I have a regular mechanic that I normally take my car too, but Dobbs is closer and the price was affordable, so I decided to use them.
After I had that conversation with little Corey, I walked out to my car and called my regular mechanic took the car to him in Highridge. They found out that there was a pad missing on the back of the brake and they fixed the issue for me for $30.
***Update***
Turns out Dobbs did not install the brake switch correctly. It caused all 4 brakes to be in gauged while driving. One of the brakes started smoking and I ended up having to do a full brake job on the rear end.
I asked Little Corey if they could check their work and he told me no and was sure I had an electrical issue. He really wanted to charge me that extra $200. I HAD NO ELECTRICAL ISSUE! JUST A PART THAT WAS NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY THAT HAS NOW COST ME EVEN MORE MONEY.
THANKS DOBBS! GREAT JOB!
I do think that Dobbs was trying to rip me off and charge me more money and get more work out of me.
You have been warned.
