  Wish they had zero stars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Unless they have some magical instruments that are able to diagnose a cars problems just by waving this instrument at the vehicle. I took a car there last year. Key would not turn. Two days later and without getting into the car let alone moving it into a bay determined it was a bad steering column and would cost $2500.00. Was going to have it towed to another place to have it looked at but Dobbs told me it was going to cost me $600.00 to get my keys back because that is how much work they claimed they have put into the car already. What choice did I have. SCREWED. My wife had her car towed in this past Wednesday. Was told they probably could not get it in the bay that day but certainly by Thursday. Went by 3:00 on Friday afternoon and the car still had not been moved from when the tow driver dropped it off. Wife called to inquire about the status. After being put on hold for 5 minutes they came back and said it probably needed a new engine but could not tell into that got the valve cover off which was $500.00 just to get to the engine as they KNEW the engine had internal problems. AMAZING HOW THEY HAVE TECHNICIANS THAT CAN DIAGNOSE A CAR WITHOUT EVEN GETTING INTO THE CAR. WHY DID THEY NOT CALL US. DID NOT HAVE AN ANSWER OTHER THAN WE WERE GETTING READY TO DO SO. STAY AWAY. THEY ARE CROOKS

  I have used Dobbs several times. I have been dealing with cars for the past 62 years.Dobbs is the absolute best

  You guys are the best. I phoned late Monday afternoon and ;you fit me in early Tuesday morning to get my tire repaired. I like the Brentwood location best. :You always have been me quick swift professional service and I it is greatly appreciated. Not just for this occasion but all the times I have needed auto service. Thank ;you!

  I was told there were no appointments available on Saturday to inspect my vehicle with a slow tire leak. I was suggested to arrive at 7:00 am to drop off my vehicle. It was returned at 12:30 and the repair was completed with no charge. The service was excellent
