  This shop was fast and honest, looked at our car and found no issues. Didn’t charge us anything to look at it and told us to bring it back if the problem happened again.

  These folks are great. I had my tires balanced and wanted an alignment, but they were so nice to check the car and not charge me, as I didn’t need the service.Very good!

  Wow good people and customer service does still exist. Showed up around 3pm completely out of the blue and was able to get my car aligned and wheels balanced! The people working there didnt have that "i know everything and you don't" complex. They let me voice my concerns, then they explained possible reasons/solutions and my problem was fixed. I highly recommend trusting Mitchum with your vehicle needs!

  I needed to have a Vin inspection, which was a little more unusual than the normal and they did a great job. Another local business wasn't able to do it, and the highway patrol actually recommended this company. I went there without an appointment and they solved my problem, charge me next to nothing, and were extremely nice people. I'm newer to the area and I guarantee you I will be coming back with any future tire or automotive problems.

  Very friendly and helpful. Was traveling and needed a tire repaired. I called ahead and they said to come on in. As soon as the work order was created it was taking straight to a technician who started on it right away. I truly appreciated not having to spend hours of my vacation waiting for the repair
