  The worst had pickup scheduled for 10am then the vehicle wasn't there had to drive 20 mins to the airport. Get there they can't rent the truck because the tread depth was to low. Wasted 2 hrs for nothing

  This is the second time I’ve made a reservation only to be called the morning off just hours before I leave to be told they don’t have any cars available. I don’t know if this is a location problem or a company problem but you should not be able to make a reservation if the cars are not available. Very frustrating that I’ve had to deal with this twice now, the staff is pleasant and I know it’s not their fault but upper management needs to address this issue and have it fixed immediately.

  Do not leave the Branson location without first thoroughly documenting the condition of the beater they give you. They will try to claim hail damage even if the car doesn’t even get rained on. This has happened to me 2 out of 2 times renting from the Branson location. Also, they don’t service the vehicles. The washer fluid was bone dry and the overdue for service light was on. The clerks denied this was their fault both times. Honestly, you’d be safer in any other vehicle than one of their junkyard rejects.

  We rented a car from Enterprise for a week, and from the moment we picked it up, it smelled strongly like cigarette smoke. The vehicle was supposed to be non-smoking, but it smelled like an ashtray. I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke, and even after a car has been cleaned, smoke residue can still cause a reaction. A vehicle advertised as non-smoking should actually be smoke-free. I tried to contact Enterprise through Twitter while we still had the car. I was told they would only speak with my husband, David, because the rental was in his name. At the time, David was either driving or attending the conference we had traveled for, so we were not able to resolve it during the rental. When we returned the car, I told the employee that it had smelled like an ashtray for the entire week. His response was that it had been triple cleaned and essentially that he did not care. I contacted Enterprise again afterward and once again was told they would only speak with David, even though I was the person trying to report the condition of the vehicle and the customer-service experience. Between being given a supposedly non-smoking vehicle that reeked of cigarettes, having my concern dismissed when I returned it, and then being repeatedly refused a conversation afterward, I have no interest in renting from Enterprise again. If Enterprise is going to advertise vehicles as non-smoking, customers should be able to trust that they are actually non-smoking.

  They sometimes get overbooked for cars but they are really good at taking care of you if at all possible. I will keep using Enterprise when I need a rental.
