- BNBryan Nagiel1 day ago2.0The only reason I am not giving this location 1 star is that the gentleman (I wish I had his name, to give him credit for a job well done, under the circumstances) at the counter was really really empathetic and under quite the scrutiny. There were 4 people ahead of me in line. I was #5. THERE WERE NO CARS FOR ANY OF US, despite us all having reservations. Absolutely NOT the employees fault, but whatever runs the Enterprise stock in the background. Kudos to the employee. Bad on this Enterprise and the booking system.

- MFMary FSJun 25, 20261.0We reserved a car with two days in advance, we got confirmation, and a couple hr before we were going to pick up the car, they called us saying they didn’t have cars and didn’t give any resolution. Total lack of empathy of the high impact to us not getting a car, didn’t care at all and they kept saying it was not their problem and at 6pm they closed the office and that’s it. To play with people’s plans it’s mean and disrespectful. Zero customer service. They don’t know what that entitles. Thank you for ruining my family’s event.
