  Even after reading the reviews, a few good but mostly bad, I still decided to rent from the Enterprise in Branson. I had reserved a mid size SUV over a month before my trip directly on the Enterprise website. It was the first full week of October. I didn't have any doubts that I was going to get a car when I arrived here. My pickup was scheduled for 12pm. I had already been there for a day before the pickup, which is my routine so I can get a feel for the traffic and driving before I start driving. I caught a cab from the Springfield airport and an Uber from my hotel to the Enterprise location and both drivers told me about the bad experiences some of their prior customers told them. Which is they didn't have any cars available even though they had a reservation. Apparently this office is known for this. I can gladly disagree with that because I had a great experience here. It's pretty obvious that this branch is short handed of employees. The person who checks out cars, checks in cars and cleans the cars is all the same person. They had only 2 employees working when I picked up and dropped off and both times they were working their butts off. One employee checks out the car with one customer, the other one is out back cleaning another car comes back in the office when done and checks that car out to someone who was already waiting for it. Understandably when waiting for pickup it might be awhile before they get to you even if there are only one or two people in front of you. When it was my turn, after I gave them my ID and credit card, there was no hesitation, she confirmed my information and took me outside to the car. The car I got was awesome and probably the best car I have ever rented from any company ever. It was in perfect, brand new condition and didn't look like it was ever rented out before. When I returned the car I just dropped off the key with one of the employees at the desk because they were very busy. He said he would contact me if they had any issues. A truly positive experience here at the Branson Enterprise. Great service and a great car. It had reinforced my belief that it is always better to book directly on the Enterprise or other company's sites instead of the third party travel sites, especially at the smaller branches and as far in advance as possible.

  Don't rely on a car from this location they lie and say we have a car for you in the morning, then it's by 4pm then they leave you hanging no call back near closing your trying to check out of hotel you realize you need to call Hertz Rentals if want to be on time for your next destination. Third day still no call back but you already left because Hertz had a car for you instantly. Worst trip ever was to Branson . Made it back home safe thank you Hertz Rental. At Airport. I will not be calling Branson Enterp to is she their custermor service was worst I ever experienced. They apparently lack common sense .

  We have had a car reserved for a couple of months. Checked in a day before and confirmed. We live an hour away. We were supposed to pick up for our getaway at 8:30. At 8:05 an employee called and said no cars. Maybe by 10. We received confirmation via text it was ready. He informed us it was an automated text and not accurate. He could not locate a car in any other shop. We could not wait for 10am. We found another car. Good thing we did. We called back at 10. Nothing yet. Then an automated text said it would be 6:30. We have been Emerald loyal renters for 30+ years. But this was last straw.

  We have rented a car in Branson, Missouri from enterprise. And we’re told that they could Not bring the car to us when we need it. I thought their motto was We”ll pick you up”. Looks like that’s not the case! Not sure if that’s considered false advertising???

  The manager on duty at the time, I believe his name was Zack has horrible customer service skills and I don’t see why he was ever made a manager in a retail establishment. Was rude at the pick up and made me wait on a vehicle. When I went to return the vehicle I was waiting patiently in line and the same guy just told me to the keys if all was good on the vehicle and so I did. Well I get an email 20 minutes later saying I was charged a cleaning fee. I called and he lied and said the car smelt like all weed. I never smoked or consumed while renting the vehicle. So I called and argued with him about it for 10 minutes then he rudely hung up and I called back to get corporates number and then he decided to remove the fee. I rate my experience a 0 unfortunately. This location has tried to charge me for hell damage before and the area I was in didn’t even have hail or any bad weather. This location is fraud and a complete joke. Please do better!
