We have used this location multiple times and each time overall disappointed. We keep our camper in Branson for certain seasons and when we need something staff members are not knowledgeable or helpful. Usually before we make the drive, we try to call and make sure things are in stock or if we’ve ordered something to be delivered to the store and nobody ever calls back. Even if they put it as urgent when we call ahead.

Stay away! I have been working with the salesman named Milo for several days regarding a class A motorhome. I was told it was a well taken care of motorhome, one owner and in amazing condition. I had text conversations with Milo the night before I was coming to see the motorhome. I showed up first thing in the morning as discussed to meet with Milo and was advised he would not be there for another hour. Another salesman took me out to the vehicle. I found the vehicle to be filthy. All of the storage compartments were filthy and had not been cleaned, the interior of the vehicle was just as dirty. The floors had not been swept the refrigerator had a disgusting, sour smell, the bathroom toilet still had dried piss stains from the previous owner. I asked them to start the vehicle and show me the functions of the motorhome. The air-conditioning system on the RV would not work, the front electronic lowering bed did not work. The inverter was flashing a fault code. The entire vehicle was filthy front to rear. This was not a good first impression or how I feel a large company like Camping World should represents their products. Originally when negotiating a price with Milo, I was told they had $2000 wrapped up in service prepping the vehicle for sale. I have no clue where $2000 was spent on this vehicle. I walked in with cash in hand ready to buy, but after seeing the shape of the motorhome I left and will not give any business to Camping World. My suggestion would be find a private individual who has taken care of and at least clean the vehicle prior to sale. I was told by the salesman that they generally do not clean the vehicles until the customer picks it up. That makes absolutely no sense to me. You have been warned.
