  NOT RECOMMENDED! BEWARE! THEY SELL JUNK!! JUST BOUGHT A 2026 PULL BEHIND! HAVEN'T EVEN USED IT! BATTERY IS NO GOOD! THE DOOR IS WARPED AND LOCKS YOU IN OR OUT! OUR UNIT WAS THE SHOW ONE SO OUR MATTRESS IS COMPRESSED WHERE EVERYONE SITS WHEN VIEWING IT! SHOULD HAVE GAVE US A NEW ONE! NASTY BLACK STEAKS DOWN THE SIDE I CANT GET OFF! THE CROWN MOLDONG INSIDE IS WARPED! CREATING A BAD SEAL! THE DOOR WAS LEFT OPEN AFTER THEY HOOKED IT ALL UP! WE DIDN'T NOTICE TILL OUT 100 MILE DRIVE WAS OVER! DEFINITELY THE WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE! HORRIBLE PURCHASE! AND NO LAWS PROTECTING THE CONSUMER IN MISSOURI SO THIS IS ACCEPTABLE TO THEM!

  Very clean, nice people but felt pressured this go around. Was only shown 2 campers and wanted to see more options that looked like the better options, but they kept on insisting just trying to sell me those 2. One of which I mentioned it wouldn’t work for what we need. I mentioned 4 different times I was not set on those 2 campers and wanted to look at other options. They gave me quotes only on those two campers and the one that might have worked for us ended being a battle of the numbers. I’m not saying I won’t be back for future business just wasn’t like the first time I had business with them

My husband and I bought a brand new camper from Branson Camping World in April of 2025 we picked it up and went camping, our refrigerator didn't work (they said they checked it before we picked it up). After our weekend camping trip we brought it back to CW Branson. They kept it for almost 6 weeks! We work in the Branson tourism season so needless to say our spring camping season was over and we wouldn't get a chance to camp again until Fall. They replaced the refrigerator with a new one, however they scratched the bathroom door in the process and covered it with paint that didn't match. They said they would extend our warranty by 5 weeks... liars. That didn't happen. We used it 2 more times in the fall and then winterized it. It's spring time camping season 2026 we are excited. Our 1st time out we switched our propane tank to #2 and it doesn't work (the 2nd hose was missing parts and wouldn't attach to the bottle), the fresh water pump shut off (got extremely hot), and our hot water heater threw a code. So we take it back to CW and almost 5 weeks later we get it back to find they still didn't fix everything. Everytime we would call we would get a different answer with a different completion time. No communication with us about anything. Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!! We will NEVER do business with Camping world again. They are liars and have terrible customer service. Nobody wants to bring any of their vehicles in for repairs and we were already frustrated about the situation but they made it worse by giving us false hopes and promises. Two spring camping seasons gone because we chose to go to camping world in Branson.

  Laurie is definitely an asset to your company. She has the knowledge and experience of what type of Trailer needed for full time living. Go see her before you talk to anyone else. She is definitely the person who can answer any questions and direct you to the unit needed for your situation.

  I would give zero stars if I could. We picked out a camper online and drove to Camping World in Branson to see it in person. Right away, there were major red flags. The master bedroom floor by the slide was completely waterlogged — when you stepped on it, you could literally hear water swishing underneath. We were told it was just from a pressure washing accident, that they had aired it out, and that everything tested “fine” with their moisture meter. Looking back, that was either gross negligence or an outright lie. There was also a damaged seal that they promised would be properly replaced. Instead, they clearly cut corners and only patched parts of it. We trusted them and came back about 30 days later to pick it up. On our drive home — not even 10 out of 15 hours in — the roof started ripping up. The exact spot? Right where that water damage was. There is absolutely no way they didn’t know about it. There was already patchwork in that same area, and you physically have to step on that soft, damaged section to even apply those patches. They knew. They just didn’t care. Now it’s been less than 24 hours after taking possession when the damage showed up, and we’re currently on day three of being ignored. No returned calls. No answers. No accountability. We’re stuck with a dangerous, damaged camper and zero support from the people who sold it to us. This experience has been beyond frustrating — it feels deceptive and irresponsible. I would strongly warn anyone considering buying from this location: inspect everything thoroughly and do not take their word for anything. Ps: those are the screws that were in the roof. Snapped in half.
