Honestly, if I had to rate my experience with Camping World of Branson, it would be a negative. From the beginning, the experience was frustrating. The employees seemed to have very little knowledge of how the campers actually operated, and I received different explanations from multiple employees regarding issues with the unit we purchased. We bought a camper with a check engine light on. We were told the problem had been fixed, yet every employee had a different story about what was wrong and what repairs had supposedly been made. We were also told certain parts had been replaced, only to later find out they had not. What concerns me most is that after purchasing the camper, we discovered a recall from 2023 that had never been completed—a recall related to a fire risk. For a dealership that claims to inspect and service units before sale, this should have been caught. Then, just one week after purchasing our camper and taking it on its very first trip, multiple issues surfaced. The camper ultimately needed a new catalytic converter, leaving us unable to use a camper we had just spent over $80,000 on. When you spend that kind of money, you expect transparency, proper inspections, and confidence that your RV is road-ready. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Do not spend your money here! They never followed up, even with the warranty we bought they did not care at all to help and if you want to contact a higher up GOOD LUCK

High pressure. We told the sales person Lori we're vacationing and going home tomorrow but we were looking at upgrading later on this year and thought we'd look to see what camper world carried. We told her we had one back home in wichita, and would probably go there when we were ready. The agent said no problem that she understood and that she had free time and would be happy to show us a couple of different ones.The next thing we knew she had us in the office with paperwork trying to pressure us into buying one. It reminded me of a shady used car salesman's tactics and glad I didnt buy into it. We were not impressed.

I went to the store to buy a new AC for our 2008 motorhome because they had a replacement in stock. The parts guy was very knowledgeable and told us about the labor special they had at the time, so we booked an appointment for the install. When I asked about our refrigerator not keeping cold, he suggested that we replace it with a residential unit. He looked up what size would fit in our motorhome and gave us a model number, and when I asked if they would install it, he said they could. As I was talking to him, my wife found a double recliner she liked. The parts guy said he could order one for us and have it ready for installation at the same time. Since we live in our motorhome full-time, he told us that if they didn't finish everything in one day, we could spend the night on-site and they would hook us up to power. We ordered the recliner, and in the meantime, I purchased the refrigerator. When we booked the install, they completed all the work in two days, so we did stay the night as planned. Mike and the service team were fantastic throughout the entire process, making everything seamless for us. I highly recommend this location for their helpful staff and excellent customer service.
