  Robert S. Deserves a raise. I'm 5 hours away from home and he help me out in a pinch. Thanks Robert and Auto Zone for having such nice employees and taking care of your customers. Big thumbs up 👍.

  We usually always use AutoZone however, today I went in the store to get a headlight for my Jeep when I told the gentleman that was helping me I needed someone to put it in for me because my husband and sons are out of state working. I could instantly tell he did not want to do it. He told me I don't believe we do headlights here and I told him I was just here a couple months ago and got the other headlight put in by an employee here. When we got up front he looked at the girl that was working and said we don't do headlights do, we as if I was lying when I told him that I just had one done a couple months ago. Anyways, I just went outside called O'Reilly's and drove over there and they put my headlight in for me. I should probably say this man was wearing a gray shirt as if he was a manager and he had to ask another employee if they were allowed to do headlights. He could have just said u don't want to.

  Just visited our local AutoZone in Branson West with a dead battery in a key fob for a German made car. It seems that German made cars always make things a little bit more difficult but the guys at AutoZone stuck with it until they had the battery changed. Thanks so much guys. I appreciate you!
