Everyone was super nice and concerned about getting our camper fixed so we could get on the road when we were planning on, and they did. Thanks Bourbon RV!

Just getting back into camping so we bought a used camper from an individual. Got it home and had no ac or hot water. Took it to Bourbon RV to get it fixed. And they fixed it alright there was nothing wrong with the camper it was the operators!!! They called right away to let us know, needless to say we were relieved!!! From there on out they offered to show us the operating features and kept saying if you have any questions call and we will do what we can to help. They have held up to their promises made to call if we have any questions on several occasions. When we decide to upgrade it will definitely be here at Bourbon RV. Shawn is such an asset and so good at explaining the operating system of campers and all things from the truck hitch to the sewer hose bumper. Thanks to them we had a successful first camping weekend and are looking forward to many more❤️

My wife and I bought a used travel trailer (our first) from Bourbon Rv. The good folks at Bourbon Rv have made the experience stress free and quit enjoyable. As most people know, once the paperwork is done and your out the door all communication comes to a stop. Not at Bourbon Rv, they have been prompt and polite with service, questions and lending knowledge to an inexperienced weekend warrior. All in all our experience at Bourbon Rv has been a 10 out of 10 experience. I strongly recommend Bourbon Rv to anyone in the market for a rv or rv accessories / service. Thank you Bourbon Rv.

I ordered a wheel skirt that i noticed was loose and cracked beyond repair....parts dept. was able to find an Jayco OEM replacement for a 2018 model which was fantastic. Most dealers just dont show that kind of effort. I then scheduled to make an appointment to have bearings repacked and brakes checked. Service Manager did a great job implying a realistic time for maintenance to be completed and beat that timeframe! I wont hesitate to ask for help servicing my Jayco at this facility!
