  This is a great place to stop and charge in between St. Louis and Kansas City! Right off of I-70, the charging stations reliably hit 150KW, and the Pilot travel center is great. The charging station is part of the EVGo network. Unfortunately, that is not part of Ford's charging network, but on the bright side the chargers have credit card terminals so you don't need to set up an account with an app if you don't want to. Charges my Mach E in 30 minutes no problem, usually from around 35% to 85%. Gives me plenty of time to go inside. The Pilot travel center is a great place to spend 30 minutes while charging. The restrooms are always clean, the store has a good selection of drinks and snacks, and there are multiple options for hot food. There is a Wendy's, and usually this is where I grab a snack while charging. However, the pizza from the hot bar on the Pilot side is also delicious and highly recommended. Can't gp wrong with either option. By the time I've gone to the restroom and grabbed a snack, my car is usually at 80% or higher and it's time to head out.

  Pulled 29kWh in 22 minutes. Rate as of June 2026 was $0.58/kWh. There is also a QT across the street if that's more your jam.

  Really good for a quick stop along the way to recharge before heading to final destination. Both chargers available both times I was there.
