- RLRance LongOct 5, 20261.0Awful experience at this place. The guys have no idea what they're doing. Didn't even test drive my car and said nothing was wrong. I could still hear my brakes rubbing when I left and went to Grease Monkey to finally get it fixed. Stay away from this shop!! Worst experience of my life for an automotive shop.
- ALAmber LundinOct 2, 20261.0Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Sawyer stated they could not rotate my tires due to cracks in the back tires. So I agree and replaced all 4 tires with an alignment. Spent almost $1900.00. When i left I drove west on 32 twords the square, south on main street, east on Aldridge road by Walmart, north on 32. Each direction pulled drastically to the right to go over the white line. Brought it back and told them. They put it back up on the rack took it on a test drive told me it "could be the wind" and sent me on my way with "if it does it still bring it back". It wasn't as drastic but still pulled to the right. Took my vehicle to S&T tire down the road 3 days later for them to confirm that it was not properly aligned in the front. Was in the red and the plastic nubs used to hold the caster chamber were still the old ones and they were not removed. Brought this up to sawyer for them to tell me that I had "free alignments and should had brought it back there for them to look at it" when I asked what would had been different from the same day bring it twice to bringing it today they said "me driving on it". It was upsetting not being heard when I told them the directions I drove to be told it was wind like I have no idea what wind feels like to then be told I was in the wrong for verifying they did not do a successful alignment on my vehicle after spending 1900 at their location. Dont go. Just drive down the same road to S&T tires and be taken care of better and more officiant.

This is for my company Capital. I work on equipment for a living. The manager you have on staff at 5:30 pm 9/14/26 is clueless and I would really look into his knowledge of the job. I have brought my company stuff to you guys in the past but this just sealed your fate. I'm telling as many people as I can about how a man told me how worn out my tires was while puffing on his sissy stick vape in shorts and shoes. Look at my pictures of my worn out tires!!!! The funny thing is the company I work for is a multi million dollar business. How do you think this could go? There's plenty about the competition in town. LOL If this happens to you go to Newberrys Tire!!! They will take good care of you.
