  My A/C quit working in 90° weather. I was able to get in right away and thankfully I had it fixed. I was impressed with the good service and courtesy. I plan to go there for all I need to keep my van in good shape.

  Brought my car in for a Vehicle Safety Inspection. My front brakes were worn almost to the metal and they replaced them right there for a reasonable price and saved me the trouble and expense of having to get them fixed elsewhere and come back to get it re inspected. The people there are friendly and very helpful. I was able to get my brakes done without an appointment, pass my safety inspection in around an hour without having to make multiple trips. Great Experience! In the future, I'll definitely go there for my oil changes, too!

  You go into it for a simple oil change but they force you to pay for their packages so basically for 4 quarts of oil and a filter which is a total of $25 if I would have done it myself costed $80 anyway because they force you into crap you don't even want or need. $80 for a 4-cylinder engine oil change. I will never use them again and I actually didn't want to use them this time but my brother insisted so I told him he had to pay. He'll never go there again either.

  I had my sister take the car to their shop for an inspection. They failed her for bad windshield wiper blades that were leaving streaks even though I replaced them 3 days prior. I went up there the next week to get it inspected again and they passed me instantly. I’ve heard from several people that Grease Monkey is sexist and try to rip people off. I asked who was the one who failed my sister and the inspector lied saying he was the only inspector. The proceeded to lie saying he didn’t fail her and wanted me to pay another $12 because he took the “passed sticker off” and slapped on a new one. He also said he knew it was a passed sticker from last week. He even tried to tell me my brake pads needed changed even though I replaced barely a year. I will never be taking any vehicle to them ever again and I will be sure I tell people the same.
