  Was in and out. Receipt showed a note "severe engine oil leak" but nothing was said to me at time of service. I observe no leak when car is parked so no idea if there is a leak internally or if it was noted by mistake.

  I am very dissatisfied with my recent service experience. The cost was extremely high, and no one explained the pricing or provided me with options before the work was performed. I was not informed about what services were being completed, how much fluid was added to my vehicle, or that my air filter was being replaced. I believe I should have been notified and given the opportunity to approve these services beforehand. I feel this was a deceptive business practice and a lack of transparency. Due to this experience, I will not return for future service and would like this matter reviewed.

  I had just did a complete tune up on my wife’s car and the only thing I had left to do was an oil change. I told them this and they still tried to sale me an air filter that was only 2 weeks old. They claimed to have put washer fluid in her car when I just filled it up prior to driving to get the oil changed. It did not leak out. Upcharge the oil without letting me know they have an extra charge. Just felt like they did not listen at all and did extra I did not want to as I had already done it.

  We were patiently waiting in line even though two cars that came after us were help. A male showed up and told us to move from our line to another. We thought they were doing this because we had been waiting so long but then the line we were in had their car leave first and they let 3 people cut in front of us. I was so frustrated we just left. I won’t ever be coming back to this location.
