However, working with Kyle and Frank made the entire process as pleasant and efficient as possible. We never felt rushed or pressured, and we were treated exceptionally well from start to finish. I would especially like to commend Frank, who did an outstanding job explaining all of the bells, whistles, features, and technology that came with our new car (and there are a lot). He was patient, thorough, and made sure we understood how everything worked. He has even been added to my contact list and has continued to help us whenever we have a question about something in our new vehicle. It’s easy to see why Frank has such a devoted customer base. His knowledge, patience, and genuine willingness to help truly set him apart. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
