On Saturday, they offered me $33,000 for my 2025 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring...One business day later, I found a discounted Chevy Trax, liked the rebates but they dropped my trade-in offer to $31,000. The explanation I was given was that the Trax already had an additional $2,000 manufacturer rebate, so they reduced my trade by the same amount. From my perspective, that's just moving numbers around instead of improving the overall deal. A manufacturer rebate isn't the same thing as the dealership paying more for your trade. It felt like the goal was to make the paperwork look better while trying to pull one over on me, hoping I wouldn't notice the difference. I had title and everything ready for the deal today... If you're shopping here, pay attention to the total deal and don't focus only on the monthly payment or advertised discounts. Make sure the value of your trade isn't quietly reduced to offset rebates or incentives.

On the contrary I was disappointed with the finance manager Ren Patterson who is Kurt and short with me when I declined to buy Extended warranty and Gap. I didn't appreciate his attitude and arrogance I almost wanted to back out on the deal if not for Eric's kindness and good demeanor
