  I booked my reservation for a vehicle in store after dropping my previous vehicle. I came back to the store shortly after to ask about the confirmation email. They said I would receive it shortly. I waited a week and I still did not get my confirmation email. After calling and being on hold for 30 minutes they answer to tell me they are not able to send a confirmation email. Confused on why I continued to ask for it because I need the details it regards. Pick up/drop off location and confirmation number and price if any issues were to arrive. She hung up when I asked for the manager to email me if she can't. Very poor service and fairly sketchy you can't send an email with my reservation details and price.

  We got there to pick up the vehicle and it clearly had not been cleaned. There were dead bugs all over the front outside of the vehicle and when we looked inside, it hadn't been wiped down. There were fingerprints and smears on the technology panel and door handles. The carpet and seats had crumbs. I brought it up to the young lady who was helping us and she said that it had been cleaned but if she had done it, it would have been better. I had to clean out myself whet we got home to pack for our trip. Very disappointing for the amount we paid.
