- MMMartin MAug 11, 20262.0LITERALLY (and I know what that word means) I have received either a minivan, crossover, or SUV no matter what vehicle I requested even though I always ask for a small vehicle (5 different rentals now. Specifically said no crossovers or SUVs last time - completely ignored). They pay no attention to your vehicle request. Most of the time the vehicle is dirty even after they "clean it." Also have had to wait every time to pick up the vehicle, sometimes multiple hours even with my reservation. Staff is always pleasant though.
