  had an amazing experience at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in Blue Springs, MO. The customer service was outstanding! Jas and the two other ladies who helped me were all so welcoming, professional, and kind. Even though I didn’t catch everyone’s names, I truly appreciate the great service each of them provided. They made the rental process smooth, easy, and stress-free. The team went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and their positive attitudes made the experience even better. The vehicle was clean and ready to go, and everything was handled with care. Thank you, Jas and the Blue Springs Enterprise team, for such a wonderful experience. I truly appreciate your hard work and dedication. I would definitely recommend this location and will be happy to rent here again!

  Jazz was absolutely amazing! While I understand the other reviews frustrated from having to get a different vehicle; I also understand that sometimes humans aren't reliable and accidents can happen, to where sometimes what you want isn't available. It was pretty smooth experience overall

  Great service! They found us a 8 passenger vehicle so my family could travel together and when I came to drop it off versus making me get an Uber with my toddler they drove us home 7 mins away! Great customer service. If anyone is looking for a rental the Blue Springs location is top tier! Thanks Jazz!

  My mother and I rented a vehicle from this location and returned it because it smelled like smoke. They switched it out for a different vehicle and when I returned it since then it's been a nightmare! Enterprise in Blue Springs filed a FALSE claim using my insurance card that they found in the vehicle. Instead of contacting me, they lied to my insurance company saying that my mother (the primary driver) returned the vehicle with a cracked windshield! We received a notice from Enterprise letting me know how much they were claiming on my insurance! I took the notice to this Enterprise location on multiple occasions and was given the run-around because the Branch Manager was unavailable. Once I was finally able to speak with him I was told that they would send correspondence to me and my insurance company. 2 months went by and the claim was still in progress on my auto policy! My insurance company said they never heard from Enterprise! The claim was finally closed after Geico initiated contact with Enterprise to confirm that the claim was inaccurate. Needless to say I'll never rent with Enterprise again and suggest you choose another company as well. 0 stars for Enterprise in Blue Springs!
