  I was told they have no cars available, but yet they had 50+ cars parked in the back of the facility. I don’t know if they were discriminating me on the way I was dressed or what, but they had folks coming out of a shuttle bus when I arrived and all of them were being accommodated because they had reservations. So I called & made a reservation and was told they had availability yet I still could not be helped even if I come the next day in the morning I was told I would not be guaranteed a vehicle DOES NOT MAKE NO SENSE, WASTE OF TIME!

  Aaron Is The Best , we traveled all the way from Tulsa ok , and our vans , broke down not once but twice !! And he was very helpful getting us another one and making sure to add washing fluid in it when it was low ! And gave us 2 new bigger vans that we’ve had before. So he definitely gets 5stars best worker , helpful & professional. Definitely recommend this place and Aaron !!

  The only reason I am giving 2 stars is the young man who checked me out while returning the car was so kind and caring. My rental was reserved weeks prior to my trip. I got a call two days prior to my trip that they would not have the type of car I reserved. The communication from there stopped. I ended up calling and spoke with an assistant who could care less that this was happening. I ended up going all the way to the airport to pick up the type of vehicle I needed for this trip. This was very inconvenient. Come on Enterprise, I’ve been renting from you for years and will definitely look elsewhere the next time I need a car rental.

  Seemed to be a limited car inventory selection, but other than that, everything was great. Every employee seemed happy to be there and all too willing to make this the best rental car experience possible. The group at this Enterprise location was overly helpful. They went out of their way to help, with minimal wait for the shuttle bus. The nice thing about this location is it served just Enterprise, so there were no other stops along the way. Just a straight shot from the airport to the rental car facility.

  This was a very frustrating process as I had to come to this one per corporate and exchange for a bigger vehicle. They made a note that we wanted a particular type of vehicle and when we got there, they told us they didn’t have any. After I’ve been instructed a few hours earlier to come I explained this to a manager, whose name was Alex and he wasn’t very helpful. He basically was upset because we wouldn’t be returning it to that location so it was like you didn’t want to give up the car. At first, they said that car wasn’t available so when I went online, it was able to book that car and enterprise that’s when they ended up telling us That they didn’t want to give up the car because it wouldn’t be coming back. We ended up getting into a van and the gentleman who helped us switch to the actual car was so helpful. His name was. Kaylan And he was amazing. I had a broken collarbone and was in a sling, and he even helped carry a bag and get us packed into the vehicle. I don’t think I’ll ever come here for a visit again or use that enterprise, but I do want to praise Kylan because he was great and I would totally hire him if he lived where I do.
