    Truly a seamless experience. I confirmed everything on line, landed in St Louis, Shuttle ride over to lot. It felt like they were expecting me. They took my luggage, rolled it over to where the suv's were. My SUV was not ready. I could wait 10 minutes or take another vehicle which i decided to do. the vehicle was great. The return was just as easy. no paperwork, no pressure. the best part is i forgot my phone and they sent it back to me at my home 2 days later. Whoever is managing that shop is really on top of things. Thank you to the whole team there for a pleasurable experiance

    Very Disappointing and Stressful Experience I had a very frustrating experience with Enterprise recently. I originally booked a standard SUV in another state, but the vehicle had an issue, so I was advised to go to a different Enterprise location in another state for a swap. When I arrived, the manager was unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of providing a comparable replacement, I was offered either a sedan (which is not suitable for our needs) or a large pickup truck, which is also not practical—especially since we are traveling with a toddler and had specifically booked a standard SUV for safety and space. The explanation given was that they couldn’t provide an SUV because “other customers had already booked vehicles.” However, when I checked online at the same time, SUVs were clearly available for reservation, which made the situation even more frustrating and confusing. What made the experience worse was the lack of empathy and effort to help. Even after explaining that we were traveling with a young child and needed a suitable vehicle, there was no attempt to find a reasonable solution or accommodate us. Overall, this experience was stressful and disappointing after being a customer for 10 years and this is the first time facing an issue like this. I expect better customer service, especially in situations involving vehicle issues and families traveling with children.

    I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise. The vehicle I rented had an issue with the parking brake, which is a serious safety concern. I immediately requested a replacement vehicle, but the branch refused to swap it. What made this even more frustrating is that I was traveling with my 20-month-old baby. Safety should always come first, especially when young children are involved. Despite explaining my concerns, Manager Alex denied my request and showed little urgency or concern for our safety. I expected Enterprise to prioritize customer safety and provide a safe replacement vehicle without hesitation. Instead, I was left feeling ignored and disappointed. I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.

    Unacceptable Service and Complete Lack of Accountability I had an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience with Enterprise. I booked a standard SUV in another state, but due to an issue with that vehicle, I was directed to a different Enterprise location in another state for a replacement. What followed was a complete failure in both service and accountability. The manager at the location was dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to resolve the situation. Instead of honoring the original booking or providing a comparable replacement, I was offered a sedan (completely unsuitable) or a large pickup truck, neither of which meets the needs of a family—especially when traveling with a toddler. The justification given was that they couldn’t provide an SUV because other customers had already booked vehicles. However, this explanation makes no sense when SUVs were visibly available for reservation online at the same time. This raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness in how vehicles are allocated. Even after clearly explaining our situation and the importance of having a safe and appropriate vehicle for a young child, the manager showed no empathy and made no effort to find a reasonable solution. There was no attempt to coordinate between locations, escalate the issue, or prioritize a stranded customer dealing with an error caused by the company. This experience was not just inconvenient—it was stressful, poorly handled, and completely avoidable. The manager failed to honor a confirmed reservation, failed to provide a suitable alternative, and failed to treat a customer with basic courtesy and professionalism. I would strongly caution others against relying on Enterprise of this location, as there appears to be no accountability between locations and no commitment to customer care when something goes wrong.

    Enterprise came through once again! Got a crossover SUV - a Chevy Traverse. Shuttle is waiting right outside baggage claim area of STL. It's a short shuttle ride from STL to the off-site rental lot. Checked in on the app and was able to go straight to the lot. They allow you to pick a car from the row. Vehicle was in excellent condition. Each member of staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Returning the vehicle was also quick and easy, with a very short wait for the shuttle back to the airport.
