  Every person working was extremely friendly and our service was fast and efficient. There were a couple cars ahead of us and the staff let us know about how long we would be waiting and kept us updated.

  Excellent service. It feels like taking your car to an ER. They start accesseing and checking on things before your even asked who you are. Thanks folks for taking care of my car.

  I had gotten my oil change about two months ago, changed it again today myself and noticed that my oil filter housing is completely different from the original housing. Which means that the maintenance workers either stripped or broke the original housing bad enough to replace the original one that I had, without telling me. I had to go to harbor freight for a regular oil filter plier to help me get off the replaced housing. Needless to say, customer service was good. Maintenance and their ability to communication is disappointing. Don’t lie or keep things from the customers. I won’t be coming back and now that I know how to change my own oil, I’ll keep my business at home.

  I have been a lifelong "too lazy to change my own oil" person and valvoline has always done me right. This particular location is newly opened and I had a truly excellent experience. Like all valvolines I pulled it, got my oil changed, and left -- but the quality and friendliness of the staff cannot be understated. I feel like a valued customer, and they listened to me when I said "hey I'm too broke for extra services today" and they didn't even upsell me at all. Always appreciate it.

  I really don’t have enough good things to say about Zackery, Brandon and the rest of the staff here. My battery died while I was waiting in line. They tried to jump it, moved my car when it seemed like I would need a tow, and then used their own car to try to jump it again. They even loaned me a phone charger while I waited over an hour and a half for a tow. Every staff member was so kind. They checked on me multiple times as I waited, and kept trying to find a solution. I have never had this level of service at a Valvoline. Take the extra few minutes and come here.
