    If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a scheduled appointment at Molle in Belton, MO earlier this week for nothing more than an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. I was told it would take a few hours, which I completely understood. What I wasn't expecting was to spend over FOUR HOURS watching my truck sit untouched while employees had time to joke around. The oil change was done. The tire rotation was done. Then... nothing. For hours, my truck sat exactly where it had been parked. I finally got up to check on it myself because no one had bothered to provide a single update. After sitting back down and waiting even longer, a woman who worked there actually had the nerve to walk over and ask me what I was waiting for. Seriously? The same appointment she had checked me in for over four hours earlier. The moment I reminded them I was still waiting on my alignment, it was amazing how fast my truck suddenly made its way onto the alignment rack. Funny how that works. What made the experience even more insulting was the atmosphere in the shop. The place was practically empty. There weren't customers lined up, there wasn't a backlog of vehicles, and there certainly wasn't a busy alignment rack. Instead, employees had enough free time to play fake cops and robbers with finger guns, laughing and joking while my truck sat forgotten outside. Watching that while being told to "just wait" was beyond frustrating. When I questioned why I had been waiting for hours if everyone seemed to have so much free time, I was given the standard excuse that they were waiting on technicians to become available and had other appointments ahead of me. That explanation simply didn't match reality. I spent over four hours sitting there watching exactly what was going on. I was the only customer waiting, there were no vehicles lined up for the alignment rack, and no one was actively using it for a large portion of my visit. It felt like an excuse after they realized they had completely dropped the ball. The final insult? They acted like they "made it right" by taking $125 off my bill. Except that wasn't compensation at all—that was simply the advertised discount that already comes with buying four tires. They didn't discount my service. They didn't apologize in any meaningful way. They simply gave me the promotion I was already going to receive and expected me to leave happy. This wasn't about the wait. Delays happen. This was about being completely forgotten, receiving zero communication, being fed excuses that didn't line up with what I personally witnessed, and then having the business pretend they had gone above and beyond to fix the situation when they had done absolutely nothing of the sort. Four-plus hours for routine maintenance in an empty shop is unacceptable. I won't be returning, and I certainly won't be recommending this location to anyone else.
