Arrogant, rude, and completely unprofessional — stay far away from Molle CDJR
I wasted an entire day dealing with Molle CDJR’s internet sales team. It started with Gina texting me, only for her to hand me off to Blane. What should have been a serious conversation about buying a Jeep turned into one of the most insulting and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had at a dealership.
Blane repeatedly acted like his dealership had the only Jeep in the entire country in my desired color and options. Every single time I asked a direct question about pricing, out-the-door numbers, or trying to build a competitive deal that could sway my husband, his responses were either vague, evasive, or completely ignored. Instead of showing any sales enthusiasm or willingness to work with a ready buyer, he was condescending and difficult the entire time.
His final message said everything about his attitude:
“Sounds Good, I have not had a customer want to pay thousands more on the same Jeep before. I will mark your lead bad since you are buying elsewhere and will not be othered. Please let us know if anything changes!”
The arrogance and pettiness is unbelievable. He insulted me, refused to negotiate in good faith, and then basically told me to kick rocks while marking my lead as “bad.”
I genuinely hope the new owners of this dealership are aware of the shocking lack of sales enthusiasm and professionalism in their internet department. If this is how Blane treats customers who are actively trying to give you money, your internet sales team is costing you sales left and right.
Molle CDJR, you just lost a sale because of pure ego. Do yourself a favor and buy anywhere else. This place is a hard pass. Zero stars.

Tad the salesman was extremely helpful, explaining systems and features of my new truck. We were able to get a great deal, better than I thought we would. Butch in finance waited for Chrysler (selantis) to get beck to him. My preferred lender. We got a great deal on an extended warranty and covered everything we wanted, and some things we didn’t know we needed. I would buy another car from Molle again in a second.

I am not the type of person to leave nasty reviews, but how my husband is being treated is insane. He had a recall on his fuel pump which of course failed the day before his appointment. He had to pay $200 to get it towed to the dealership then to proceed to wait a week for the repair without being called it got completed and the day he picked it up. It failed not long after that. Then to have to proceed to pay another $200 to get it towed back and it not be reimbursed due to being told that the fuel in the truck is bad which would now require a cleaning for an additional $939. He is a military service member who relies on his vehicle on a daily basis and it's not the timeframe of the repair because I know we're not the only people on this planet that need our car to be taken care of, but however, the fact that we are being told that he has to now pay out of pocket when there is no proof that it is not the dealership's fault. If this is how you take care of your military service members, I'd hate to see how you take care of a civilian like me. We will be contacting corporate along with the Better Business Bureau because there's no way you should get away with screwing people like that.

I had a great experience at Molle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! Bought my beautiful new Grand Wagoneer and they were so helpful and answered every question I had with knowledge and insight! Plus I wasn’t there all day, they were quick and have really cool tech that makes it super easy for the customer to get in and out with their new vehicle! They were also super relaxed, personable, and didn’t pressure me into anything unlike a lot of other dealerships I went to! Honestly the best salesman and team! Also amazing prices and no ad ons! 10/10 recommend!

Larry did a wonderful job helping us find a family car. He was very straightforward on what we could afford realistically vs. over selling us a fantasy that would be out of our budget. He was laidback, kind, knowledgeable and patient!
I also wanted to thank Butch for helping us as well! He made me feel like that family member you always go to for good advice. He wasn’t trying to over sale add on. But insuring me and my husband on certain things that could happen from his past experience with buying cars. It felt safe, lol don’t know if it was the Matthew McConaughey accent as well but all and all this was a wonderful experience.
My husband and I would like to thank everyone at Molle for helping me trade my Ford Escape and pick out a beautiful Steel Blue Jeep! This car will definitely grow with our 2 boys!
