There was a long cord hanging down in the dri erside gloorboard that i had to wrap around the steering wheel just to not trip on it. The installation took 6.5 hours after they called me and said they were running ahead of schedule and i should hurry and bring my truck in. 6.5 hours later i have to wrap up a cord just so i can safely drive my vehicle. This entire thing is a scam.Intoxilock is a rip off. I was quoted one price and then was told after the device was installed that my quotes were all incorrect. And nothing I can do because the device is already installed. I have repeatedly filled out paperwork and then told that I need to fill out the form. Customer service is a joke. No help at all. Not sure if im not understanding them or theyre not understanding me. I would NOT recommend this place. Get your device ANYWHERE else but with these people.

Look at the trust pilot reviews, look at the bbb reviews, look at the class action lawsuit that they lost. I felt like intoxalock was trying to hold my license hostage. If you're already hurting from whatever you did wrong this company will kick you while you're down and laugh at you when you cry.
