- JSjordan stoneOct 8, 20261.0I pumped 35 and paid for 40 and i was eating my food and forgot about it and went back in w little bit later to get my 5 bucks and lady said theres nothing on there i asked her to look it up on computer she refused to loke it was gonna make her job so much more difficult even tho its her job. I got screwed out of $5 wich to some people not alot but gas prices these days thats a gallon and some. Avoid this quik trip!!
- R4Rebel 420Sep 22, 20262.0I started coming to this QuikTrip regularly when I began working in Baldwin. At first, I thought the employees here were pretty nice. After coming here consistently, however, I realized that there were really only TWO employees who made this location feel friendly and welcoming. One of them apparently no longer works here because I haven’t seen him in months, and the other lady hasn’t been here lately either. And let me tell you—her absence is VERY noticeable. The atmosphere in this store is painfully dry. You walk in…no greeting. No smile. No acknowledgment. Nothing. Some of the employees genuinely look irritated that customers had the audacity to walk through the door and interrupt their shift. There’s a young woman with curly hair who is especially cold and unwelcoming, and there’s also a young man with curly hair whose attitude is just as unpleasant. I don’t expect anybody to throw me a parade because I walked into QuikTrip, but basic customer service shouldn’t feel like I’m asking for a personal favor. I recently stood at the counter trying to speak to a young lady, and I honestly might as well have been having the conversation with my drink. At least the drink was facing me. She barely acknowledged that I was standing there, let alone speaking to her. And before someone blames it on them being busy…NO‼️This happens even when the store is slow. You can practically hear crickets in there and STILL not get a “hello.” I used to genuinely like QuikTrip. It was my go-to for gas, snacks and drinks, and I used to joke that the only thing QuikTrip needed was a car wash. Now? The overall quality seems to be slipping badly, and this particular location is leading the pack. It isn’t as clean as it used to be, things don’t seem to work the way they should, and the customer service has become almost nonexistent. At this point, I would rather pass this location and drive farther down the road to another QuikTrip just to avoid the attitudes here. Nobody expects retail employees to smile nonstop or pretend they’re having the greatest day of their lives. But acknowledging customers, saying hello and showing basic courtesy are literally the bare minimum in customer service. This location seriously needs some attention from management because whatever welcoming atmosphere it once had has disappeared… it also shows with their customer service online as well even in the reviews if you notice they usually only reply to the positive reviews and thanking them. They don’t seem to show too much concern over the negative reviews.
