The employee was very helpful in showing me everything I needed to know to operate the vehicle and she explained the rental agreement very well all in a friendly manner. The vehicle was very clean.

I was well taken care of by Nick Tierney. I visited the Manchester store prior to my rental so that I could be sure that what I was reserving was what I was going to get. I rental was for one week and I needed to make sure that what I was going to get was reliable, Correct for my needs, and not just anything that was available. Everything worked out well.

Fuel price in lobby was $4.40 but was charged $6.78/gallon! That’s paying diesel rates for gasoline! Called them after looking at my emailed invoice and resolved it but who else got fleeced?

This was the worst rental I have ever had with enterprise. The car was dirty. Response: I have already spoken to someone at the location that was apologetic. I appreciated the apology, but does not take away the fact that the vehicle was dirty. There was mud when lifting the back hatch and in the door frames. The seats were dirty and the car had not been vacuumed. I have never had this experience in all my years renting from Enterprise.
