The Enterprise employees were courteous, knowledgeable and quite professional. When I returned the vehicle the drop off was easy and quick. Good work Enterprise Ballwin!

He had a line all day and we waited 3 hours for our vehicle (no fault of his). It was so crazy busy and he had rude customers and handled everything so well. He deserves a raise.

- ADA DingoJul 26, 20262.0Disappointed in the vehicle that I reserved since I didn't get the premium vehicle I requested 2 months before our trip. I was told incorrect info to try to get one over me. I know the difference between a 4x4 and 4x2 and premium and non-premium vehicle. I was proactive in verifying with location several times. They tried to charge me for milage when I had unlimited miles from the Enterprise website. Customer service was supposed to call me back to address this and no one did. If you can't offer what is on the website do not list it as available.
