  I had an outstanding experience with the team at Enterprise in Ellisville. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on providing great customer service. The rental process was quick and seamless, and the vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready to go when promised. What really stood out was the staff’s attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. They made what can sometimes be a stressful process incredibly easy and convenient. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority at this location. I highly recommend the Ellisville Enterprise to anyone in need of a rental vehicle. I’ll definitely be returning for future rentals.

  I have been a loyal customer of this rental company for over a year, renting vehicles at least twice a month. Unfortunately, my most recent experience completely ruined my family’s vacation and cost us thousands of dollars. Three weeks in advance, I reserved a 16-passenger van for our trip. Two days before pickup, I received a call informing me that they didn’t actually have the vehicle available and that I should have reserved it a month in advance. If that’s their policy, why was my reservation accepted in the first place? The best solution they offered was two separate vehicles—an 8-passenger and a 5-passenger vehicle—which still wouldn’t accommodate our entire group. Then, on the morning of pickup, I called before driving to the location and was told by the same employee that they no longer even had those available and only had 5-passenger vehicles left. Not only was there no effort to make this right, but the employee seemed completely indifferent to the inconvenience and financial loss this caused. We had planned our entire vacation around the reservation they confirmed weeks earlier. What makes this even more disappointing is that the previous staff was always professional, helpful, and reliable. Since the staff change, the customer service has gone downhill dramatically. Long-time customers apparently mean very little here.

  Brice was great! Multi-tasking and getting things done. This was the 3rd Enterprise we went to today. No one else had cars or helped us find one.

  They're a ripoff I've got charged for an extra day that I did not use. And they were trying to charge me for the mileage. BAD BUSINESS
