Picked up a car on Monday. They were fairly busy.

The friendliness and customer service at Enterprise is always the best. Max, who helped me in Ballwin, was great- courteous, professional, and cool. Will definitely use this Enterprise location again in the future. Thank you

Do not go to Enterprise. They tell you one thing on the phone and then when you arrive to the spot they don’t do that, they say their policy is something else. This location did this to me about a year ago but i am just posting now because they did the same thing to me in a different location. They are disgusting.

Renting from this Enterprise location turned into a series of small frustrations that added up to a lackluster experience. The Counter & Waiting Process: It started with the standard push for insurance coverage (which is to be expected), but I was then asked to wait while the associate helped the next customer. While I understand things get busy, customers who arrived after us were eventually helped while we were still left waiting. The Silver Lining: When we finally went back up to the counter, a different employee seemed genuinely shocked that we had been waiting so long and stepped in to help, providing a free vehicle upgrade to make up for it. That was a solid gesture of customer service. The Vehicle Condition: When we got to the car, it had been washed, but somehow it was still dirty on the inside/exterior, and it was handed over to us sitting practically on empty. Core Logistics: Ultimately, what matters most to me as a consumer is convenience and value. The ideal fix would have been allowing me to drop the vehicle off at the airport to save the $250 one-way/trip charge. None of these issues are catastrophic on their own, but stacked together, the entire process felt disorganized. I appreciate the upgrade from the second associate, but the overall execution leaves a lot of room for improvement.

Great service at the time to pick up and dropping off the car. Friendly atmosphere and understanding my needs.
