  I rent frequently from this location for both work and leisure travel. The team is always prepared and makes renting a breeze which is why I keep coming back. As a non-airport location, the hours for pickup don't go all night, so you just need to plan your travel accordingly. For me that little extra planning has always been worth it for the convenience and great service I've had at this location.

  My experience at Enterprise in Ballwin, MO, has been exceptional both times I visited, once to drop off a vehicle, and once to rent one, and Joey and Connor specifically have been exceptionally friendly and professional, so I can highly recommend this location of Enterprise for all your car rental needs!

  On June 19th, I picked up an insurance rental at this location while my Mazda CX-30 was being repaired for minor collision damage. I paid an upcharge for a Ford Escape, but when it was brought around, the interior was filthy: a large white, crusty stain on the passenger seat, a strong urine odor that wasn’t noticeable until after whatever they sprayed wore off, animal fur in the crevices, and dried food debris on the steering wheel. I complained on the spot. Staff said cleaning another car would take 30+ minutes, and since it was over 95 degrees out, I reluctantly took the Escape, planning to swap it soon after. About a week later, I called to report that the smell was unacceptable and asked to exchange the vehicle. I was told a Jeep Wrangler was coming in, but when I arrived, it had just been pulled for a recall. Instead, I was given a Mitsubishi Outlander that smelled like cigarette smoke and had several small dents on the sides. Despite flagging the condition of both vehicles, I was repeatedly given whatever was available rather than a comparable, clean replacement. As a Black customer renting in an area with little diversity, this experience left me feeling like I wasn't given the same standard of service as other customers. I returned the Outlander without further comment. I later received a customer survey and was honest about my experience. The branch manager called, apologized, and said he'd email a coupon — but the email arrived with nothing attached. When I pointed this out and said I wasn't interested in renting from Enterprise again, he continued to press the issue rather than letting it go, which only added to the frustration. He escalated it to his area manager, who also called to apologize and offered 20% off a future rental plus a free upgrade. None of that changes my decision — I won't be renting from Enterprise again, period. I would not recommend this Enterprise branch, even if you're being directed here through Bommarito Collision Center. There are other rental options in the area worth considering instead— especially if you are Black or a POC.

  Great service. All staff that I talked to were extremely polite and helpful. Communication was very clear. The car was clean and they offered to clean it even further. Would recommend.
