  Not sure what’s happened with this location. Tried to get in for a state inspection but was never able to. Received service for another issue afterwards where I was promised it would be completed by the end of the day. It wasn’t.

  Do not recommend. Rude staff and scheduling days in advance means nothing to them. Call your customers when you need to cancel appointments. Some people take off work to do these things. Will be using ellisville location for the future.

  Waited over 90 minutes for a scheduled appointment to check a tires as it was loosing air over time. No one updated us and when we asked they said we were next, but other cars kept getting pulled in. Had to leave and let them know and they politely apologized, but no offer to reschedule or a coupon or anything else for the wait. Last time we go to that Dobbs.

  This used to be great store. Dropped off the car on Tuesday for a State inspection and was told that they could get to it in a day or two. Five days later, it's still not done and all they could say is "Sorry, but we're short staffed." Sorry, but I need my car to get to work. There was no proactive communication from the store. We had to call every day and were told that they'll TRY to get to it. Sorry, but trying is not how you treat and keep loyal customers. Committing and communicating is.

  Absolutely horrible customer service at this location. They told me to drop my car off the night before for safety and emissions and they would have it done, they called me at 730 am to tell me they couldn’t do it. I pick it up and the guy at the counter was the most unpleasant man I have ever spoken to, arguing with me that they did have 16 employees and now they only have 9 and nobody wants to work and I need to leave it there for several days. No thanks, I will NEVER use Dobbs again and I will make sure everyone I know won’t either! They think they are so big that they can treat customers like crap!
