  Dobbs was amazing. I had my vehicle towed to them after calling them when the tow left the parking lot. They had already ordered the part for the vehicle and managed to fix my vehicle. Put a new starter on it and had it ready for me on a Saturday after only having the vehicle for three hours, it was ready.!!

  Please be honest with me upfront. If you don’t have the time/staff to look at my vehicle, be honest. Don’t hold my car hostage for a day. This has happened 3 times in the last 6 months. Scheduling and communication are key and are noticeably lacking.

  It took 2hrs and 20min to complete a simple oil change that my wife had an appointment for. They also kept trying to push an alignment on her. Its basically a new car with 0 alignment problems going in. They also charged an extra 20 for labor and misc shop parts over the pkg price for the oil change.

  Went in for a free tire rotation because I bought my tires there, and paid $180 for an alignment and that was with a $25 coupon they gave me. There’s a $69.99 Steering Safety System Reset fee that is included at other places. Jay Wolfe Toyota will do the same alignment for $139.99 ($109.99 with a coupon) and dealerships are usually the most expensive, so that should tell you how expensive Dobbs is. The employee at Dobbs tried to tell me that the Toyota price was not the “out the door” price because he said they would tack on extra fees for my SUV. I believed him and had Dobbs do the work. Later, I called Toyota and was told that the price is the total price and that the Dobbs employee took advantage of me, and also was dishonest to get my business. Not anymore.

  I am rating them a 4 not because of the original job but because of how they handled correcting it. In my years of dealing with car repair shops, I have always felt helpless because the cars now are just too complicated for me to deal with. I have heard horror stories about how some shops are so crooked, but I have to say Mike the lead mechanic did a great job. He didn't try and blow off the mistake, and he took the time to educate me on what to do if the situation every happens again and corrected it immediately. Good to know that there are still mechanics out there that stand by their team's work. I appreciate that immensely. Thanks Mike!
