  Very nice experience. Dashboard warning I had low tire pressure. They checked all four tires and filled them as needed - no charge.😊

  Love how easy it was to Call and make an appointment rather than try to book online which was difficult. Clayton also explained to me to go online to St Lo. County government DMV and all you have to do is put in your license plate number and everything pops in, you pay and they mail your tags! So easy, no need to go to DMV and wait in line!

  Great service. Honest pricing. I deal mainly with Service Manager David Peterson and he has taken care of our both our personal and business vehicles and always is honest, fair and helps keep our fleet on road. Keep up the good work Dobbs Team!!!

  I bought 4 Michelin tires at the Ballwin Plaza location on April 14th. I immediately noticed a vibration at highway speeds, but was unable to return for a week to get my tires rebalanced. The next day, I drove the car on the highway and the vibration was much worse. I returned to a different location today and had everything checked out. They informed me that all four tires were out of balance, each by multiple ounces. I tested the car on the highway afterwards and so much smoother. I spent close to $1,500 this month at Dobbs, but have spent much more over the past 20 years. Unfortunately, I will need to choose a less convenient location for future service or will be finding a new retailer for my vehicles needs.
